I got a missed call from this number +179742116610

The number is still being used. Just received a call from the British lady (Cloe). Why would they be doing quality control from England?

Some "chap" with a british accent wanting to know if my company was ISFA? certified. I asked why he was call me from Great Britain and he wouldn't answer so I hung up.

Received another call this morning from these people.
I pressed for more information this time. They wanted to speak to our quality control department to see if we were ISO certified and they want to potentially do our ISO audits.
I told them we were not interested and we have a local company looking after our audits.
They hung up shortly after that.

Had numerous calls from this number, in the past couple of weeks,

They're still doing it!  Amazingly, they accidentally left a 10-second voicemail of a British-accented woman saying, "They won't answer.  What should I do?"  She then hung up.

just to let people know that the number 179-343-3757 is still being used.  Just had a call and said they were from the company IMSN. Googled it can't find anything.

I got this call from someone in London - England wanting to set up a meeting with our Quality Control people  at our company's HQ in the US ... I couldn't hear half the words she said even with my phone volume turned up. It wasn't the accent it was the soft sound killing voice she spoke in. I tried to get the name of the company, but the phone would get "interference". I do know she wanted to set up a meeting for her superior (who happened to be in the US - in our area for that tuesday and the next - how about that!) to meet next Tuesday at 11am. When that wasn't avalaible she wanted to set it up for the following Tuesday. When i wouldn't give her any names or email addresses of management.   My first thought: Why would they call why didn't they save the international $$ and call directly to us or email? To avoid FCC telemarketing laws?? Caller ID showed 44 country code confirming she was calling from england.

Yesterday afternoon, while I was in Guangzhou in China, the 44-179-343-3757 called me then hung up.

Same here, number came up #44-179-343-3757  OUT OF AREA

Woman w/ British accent asking for something about quality control......the echo on the phone was so loud - I couldn't even understand what she was asking for.

Identical scenario here except that our caller ID showed 1793433757; it didn't show the Britain prefix 01144 for us.

Just called the office asking for the CEO (by first name only). When asked to leave a message, fumbled for words and hung up. Woman with somewhat British accent, very noisy line.

I am in Canada and just received a call at my office.
They asked to speak with our Quality Control personnel and I said I would have to take a message.
They immediately hung up right after.

Calling my home repeatedly.... and I´m in Spain ¿?¿ Never pick up. Thank God for Caller ID
