I had 2 missed calls from this phone number back to back 1/10/2012.  No message was left but when I used reverse look up the # was invalid.  Ive been bombarded with scam calls the past few months.  Most are from really rude people saying they can lower my interest rates on credits cards and they work with MasterCard and Visa.  When I asked how they got my # all they do is hang up.  So I finally just stopped answering.  It seems multiple #?s are used 360-529-6136,425-390-8105,360-529-6105, 949,527,1674 now this weird 191-610-1323 is calling.  I don?t know what else to do but change my # all together.
