I have been getting calls from that number as well. 3 to 5 times a day. I called my phone provider and they don't appear to want to help with this problem. Typical. By legal definition, these calls constitute harassment (a criminal offense) in both the US and Canada but no legal authority wants to actually do something about it. All I get is lazy-a$$ excuses and told to change my number or purchase a blocking service that probably won't work.

I am receiving calls each night after 11 pm with only the 191822 coming through as the identifier. If I answer there is 15-20 seconds of silence then disconnect.

I don't know who this was from.  I didn't answer the call.  I would like to know where this call orginated, I know it isn't the US.  It's sorry enough we get these marketing calls from here, to have to start getting them from other countries.
