Icemark Solutions called my mobile phone today.  No idea where they have obtained my mobile number.  They knew my christian name.  Asked where they did get my mobile number from and was told "we are given numbers from third parties".  Told them not to call again and take my number from their list.They said they would do this but we will see.

I was left a voicemail today from 'Icemark Consumer Solutions' with a number on which to ring back. I shall not ring back.  I have never encountered this problem before.  I will report it to O2 in case the company can help.  I too am concerned about how my number is being obtained by unscrupulous pest callers.

Have had several calls on my mobile from this number. I haven't answered because I don't recognize the number but they always leave a voice mail as if you would want to call them! They are called Icemark Shearer Solutions and they are a nuisance. What they are selling is not clear ....

I too got a message today, from this dodgy sales company asking me to call them back, I obviously did not, instead I google their name and came here to this forum, it may be worth noting that i am with vodafone and they do like other phone companies and organisations sell our details onto these unscrupulous companies without our permission, a practise which is widespread in our capitalise society, do not entertain these companies and complain to your mobile, land line service providers.

Being harrassed by Icemart consumer solutions on my home number & mobile - no idea how they got either number, especially as my home number is TPS.  Have told them several time that I know I am not owed any money (presume this relates to PPI, which I have never paid in my life, which is how I know I am not owed it) and have asked to have my number removed from their records - which does not appear to be done.  The last caller still persisted in trying to pursuade me that I was owed money that i would not know about - I told them that was not the case & terminated the call.  Will wait to see if I am harrassed further.....

Cold called me 2 days in a row,they claim to be regulated by the Ministry of Justice...Ho Ho HO!!!!!

Claimed that hey did not know that Cold Calling is Illegal here.........

never answered , ave lost count of many times they phoned, cant know to much about me as ive never had bank account or credit cards.

Today I received a phone cal from a lady, who said she was from Icemark, I did give the name ofthe credit cards I hold, but I did not give any other details to her.

She said to me that she is going to refer the phone call to her colleague who will ask a number of questions, as she transferred the phone over to him, I said to them that I am not convinced that you are the right people I am talking, I even mentioned this with the lady who spoke to me at first.

They asked me to supply them with my date of birth, post code, and so on. It is shame that there are people who always seeking to hijack poor people by targeting their credit cards or debit cards.

The best thing to do is NOT to talk to them in any ways... I think I was in control of myself, however I nearly give them my details....

I had a call from this number at 10.30 on my mobile this morning. I never answer numbers I don't know but from the comments it sounds well dodgy! Glad I looked it up!

Thanks for the tips guys, just had a call from Icemark that went to answer phone. I had no idea who they were. This is the first time I have had a call, next call they will have a polite request from me not to call again after that the shouting starts, that usually stops them!!!!

I received a call from this company today which went to voice mail, although it was very confusing as it sounded like a conversation either with another colleague or someone on another call, the lady talking was explaining about someone with their bum in the air then it went onto someone else saying they were from ice market consumer solutions, iv,e never heard of them but would like to know where i can report this kind of call as it was clearly not professional at all and I will not be calling them back.

arrrghhh .... must have had now more than 10calls from these idiots - now becoming harrasement..!!!!!!!!!!!   wish they'd bugger off bad enough that get stupid cold calls on the landline without now being harrased on mobile..!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've had 6 missed calls from icemark I'm well annoying solutions, every time with a voicemail!! They don't stop. This has been going on now for weeks :( trying to ignore them. I suggest everyone else do the same!!!

I am really fed up with Icemark consumer solutions calling me on my mobile, several times a day. What can be done about it ?
I have registered it as a pest number and hope that others do the same.

I got a call from this number and a guy said they are one of biggest financial company.I couldn't hear the name of the company...

And then..he talking about mortgage bla.bla..bla...Do u have a credit card...bla bla..

I didn't understand what he was asking and realised something not right.I asked why you want to know I have a credit card..then he said they want to refund some money..

What?Refund what money...and he said from the mortgage...

What the hell he talking about?

I said..I don't need any refund...and hung off...

I got a call from them yesterday, the women on the other end clearly didn't realise that the call had gone through to my voicemail as I could hear her having a conversation with a colleague, she ended up leaving me a message with her saying something about someone being a dirty beast!  This then cut to a recorded message as per the other posts on this thread. Hardly the behaviour you'd expect from any self respecting company.

I won't be calling them back but will add their number to one of the 'cold caller' contacts in my address book just in case they try again and I accidentally answer the call.

I google this company and it comes up as telepest company which doesnt bode well can only assume its some sort of telemarketing company but have no idea how they got my number either.  I have received 16 calls from them so far over the last week!!

they called me today and wanted to know my bank detail because wanted to take an advance deposit on whatever they selling.

I recieved a call form them today, i answered it and the women on the other end knew my name bue seemed to forget what company she was from?? "i'm from ...........Ice mark consumer solutions".
She then went quiet and i could hear in the background another man saying he was gary barlow?? and other people laughing.
i then hung up.
2 mins later i get another call and i let it go to voicemail. it was a recorded message giving me their company and asking me to call them back, but do not explain why?

Do what you want but i will ignore any other attempt of contact by them.
