got a call at work AND my cell phone.  did not answer because i wasn't near either phone.

I got a call this morning waking me up at 6:30 am! I did not get up to answer my phone. If I had I would have given them an earful!

Why do they keep calling my phone?? Who is this? The 1st time they called and i picked up and said hello and they hung up! But then they called straight back!! What's up with that?????!!!!!!!!!!!

This number called me today and the person was moaning for a few seconds and I kept saying hello, then they said hello in spanish and hung up.  they called back 3 more times and I didn't answer....any idea where this number is from?  They called me before 6:30am, seems weird to me

Keeps calling in late evening or every couple of hours during the night.  No one will speak when we answer.

it was my boyrfriend. he is also a marine stationed in japan. its so frustrating that i cant call the number back. i lost my phone and i looked thru my phone bill to find out the number only to realize its a dead end. i am still waiting for him to call me so i can get his direct number. i really hope he's doing well and he doesnt think that his girl has forgotten him.

Aparently its a numeber overseas my brother is a marine and stationed in  Japan i keep missing the calls n you cant call it back and they dont leave messages it sucks i just wanna hear his voice and know hes safe

if your fiance is overseas.....dont screen your calls!! thats crazy!

The caller first called my cell and then my job phone.  It was my fiancee calling me from overseas and I missed his call!! It's some sort of military exchange.

did not answer, have never seen a "199" area code before...
