Received call with extremely poor reception, phone indicated number was 199-929-9764. Caller claimed to be calling from Bethlehem, New York. Told me he was confirming a prize I had won as per recent mail I was supposed to have received. I hung up. He called back and I told him not to call again.

I just got a call from this number on my cell phone.  A man told me that I had filled out a coupon at a mall in Ontario (1 month & 20 days ago) and that he was calling from a company near Person International Airport in Mississuaga to let me know that I had won 1 of 5 prizes. He mentioned a cruise, a plasma TV and something about a Hilton hotel.  I cut him off and told him I don't live in Ontario and he hung up on me.

I got the exact same call from that number. Someone called and told me i'd won a contest. I became suspecious and asked them not to call again. They called and insisted AGAIN. Then they called again days later and told my daughter that it was a 'friend' calling from school but she immidiately recognized the voice from the lady that called about the contest. This is outrageous!

CALLER TOLD ME THAT I WON A CONTEST AND WOULD BE PUT IN DRAW FOR 1 OF 5 PRIZES.  BECAME SUSPICIOUS WHEN TOLD THE PHRASE "GUARANTEED BY THE FEDERAL GOVERNMENT OF CANADA"
