Received a call December15, 2007. Person claimed he called from Pizza Hut and accused me of pushing the delivery person and not paying for the pizza.

A Guy called me and said that he was calling form National Gifting Center he asked me for my name, and I told him. Do you think I will be in trouble?

He called me at 7:45 in Brampton, Ontario.
Do you guys think there is a calling patern?

I got call from this number today, Friday December 14, 2007 on my Toronto area cell phone.  Someone speaking, with a lot of background noise, immediately asked me "is this phone number ..." to which I replied, yes.  He then said he was calling from the "National Gifting Centre" to verify my information.  I asked "what's this regarding?" and then he hung up the phone.  Quite peculiar.  I looked up the name of the organization this fellow said he was with, and that too is bogus.   Very strange.

Person on the phone asked for my parents. I told them they were at work so he asked to talk to the "persons in charge of the household." I told him again they were unavailable/my parent's were not available and he asked me who I was. In turn, I asked him what company he was calling from and received and unintelligble/inaudible answer. He then told me he thought I sounded "goodlooking," so I hung up the phone. I think this is disturbing, as I told him I was under the age of 14 (although this is untrue).

Curious about area code. Not in North America. Did an internet search
for it, and apparently it doesn't exist! Any ideas?
