I get one all the time, but when I finally picked it up today, after about 8 seconds, I got 2 words, "You'll die" or "Nose Dive" and then they just hung up.

They called me claiming that "my computer was going to crash if I did not let them help me." Really?! Idiots....

just got a call. some mumbling idiot wanted to discuss my computer..told him i discuss nothing over the phone send me a letter and hung up.  he was still mumbling.

I keep getting phone calls every day from this number and I'm on the Federal Do Not Call List.

i got a call from 200-088-7799 and when I called it back Verizon said my call couldn't be completed as dialed....  when I called it back Verizon said It couldn't be completed as dialed... WTF leave me alone!!!!!

Got a call from this number, saying there was something wrong with my computer.  Looked up the area code, 200 IS NOT USED.  Called AT&T, they advise someone is using a computer to somehow dial from a non-existent number.  

It's either a scam or phishing, trying to get you to give them credit card information.

I Got Calls From This # 5 Times Today,(so far), My Mother In Law Just Called Me And Said Her Comp Crashed, And She Received 2  E-Mails, One From Me, And One From Her Sister,.Said They Made No Sense At All,, And It  Kept  Saying,,Yahoo.Com,Over And Over Then Her Comp Crashed..... So I  Don't Know If That's Tied In With My Calls Or Is This Just Some Co-Ink-Ee-Dink?

name not found~~called yesterday and actually spoke to my answering machine  after being told (by the machine) that no one was available to take her call a female said "hello" twice not receiving a response she hung up no identity or company  name given

I've gotten called from 1-200-088-7799.  I never answer bc I know its not a US area code.  Don't answer you may get a huge phone bill.

I got a call from this number too. The FCC advised me not to answer unknown numbers and so I did not answer the phone. I am on the National Do Not Call list and I report everything I can to help get rid of these nuisance calls. I do not want any survey's, information, nor do I want to buy sell trade or give away anything. I DO NOT WANT THESE CALLS!

Indian accent says from Microsoft....told her I have no computer and that my number is on the no call list and that they must remove my number.

I got the same thing on my house #, they said my laptop was encrypted and I asked which laptop and they wanted the license registration number but wouldn't confirm the laptop, I told them no way don't call again. I figured if they can't even tell me what company they are from it's fake. I wish I never answered the phone though

Everyday after io come home from work I check my phone display to see what calls came in.
I write down just the long distance no,s
I do sometimes return there call but from work not home as I get charged here.
I ususally phone these no,s the next morning early. Sometimes they are research companies and sometimes the call doesn't go through...

Lets get rid of these stupid foreigners

my husband received 3 or 4 calls from these people about his computer as well. However, evidently the virus protection has lapsed on his computer so they have even locked up his computer, so now we also have to take the computer to the shop and have it worked on because they have infected it... wish these people would be like the rest of us and get a JOB and quit trying to scam people out of their money

Got a call to fix my windows computer.  i asked what version she had on file about me.  She bluffed and said Windows 8.  That was completely wrong.  My main unit is a Mac Mini.  It has a virtual drive in it with a Window XP system.  I use it for the occasional game.  I thanked the lady for her concern and hung up.

My AT&T Call Rejection Service can't even block this number as they say-No such number. They started calling now after I blocked a scam 347 area code number.

So far I have not or will not answer

These jokers called again, some accent, 4th or 5th call, scam is my computer
is going to crash.   Yeah, well....have worked with all kinds of computers, big, little, etc.
Ain't likely and especially hard to diagnose those kinds of problems from remote site.
Call is going thru some "boxed" number, no way to trace but will log complaints with
any agency that might be concerned.  I'm waiting for the next call and will tell
them sure, good deal, wanted a new computer anyway, am burning the old one.

They phoned me said they were from Microsoft.  I knew better.  They wanted to "fix" my computer, lol.

Said my computer was infected, generously offered to clean it up for me. I thought that scam was over years ago. Maggots.

These low-lifes just called my elderly mother . . . good thing she's mostly deaf and doesn't even own a computer, which she tried to tell them.  I took the phone from her and asked "Yes, can I help you?"
A female on the other end said "Yes please,"  and when I asked her again, "So what *exactly* can I help you with?" she hung up on me.

Next phone I buy my mother will have a Call Blocking feature, with a 500+ number memory.  <<evil smile>>

Just received a call from this number, east indian accent saying she was with microsoft and my computer is about to crash. I told her I was verrrrrry scared and kept repeating it to her that and she hung up. LOL

Just received a call from this number 200-088-7799 mid eastern accent.. stated my computer was about to crash.. I have advised these idiots before that the number is on the do not call list and to remove my number from the list.. they insist on calling.. I advised I was reporting them and demanded they remove the number....Will not say what company they are from but will report anyway

Also have received calls about my computer.  Funny actually, he said it a service call about my computer that was down.  I said my computer was fine, and he said "No Maam, it is about to go down!"  Scammers, do not give any info.  I think comments about these calls coming from India are right!

I also got this call ... what I can't figure out is why (even if this come from other countries) no real action by our governments are being undertaken to stop the flow of nuissance calls, e-mail scammers and so on.

One was on cell talking business then a call interrupted the conversation by beeping in . I switched to the other line and it was an African guy saying that he is talking to me through his computer.  I could not understand the conversation which I switch back to my first caller.  This guy was not in my best interest which I became suspcious of this phone call (1-200-088-7799; unknown caller; May 17, 2013 at 2:48 pm)

Got call from 200-088-7799, a "gentleman" telling me that their hackers are hacking into my computer and if I go to my computer he can help me stop them.  I asked him to tell me my IP address, my name, anything to prove he knew me, and hadn't called my number at random. First he kept repeating that my computer was in danger, even invoking the name of MicroSoft. When I asked the name of his company - Online Computer Experts. Their location? New York. He finally gave me 646-558-3154 to call and speak with his desk clerk, who would help me protect my computer. Yeah, right...

I have gotten two calls from this number today.. cannot call it back and never anyone there.
