Getting daily calls from this number...same thing as what others have mentioned.  Very annoying!

Received call from this number, it disconnected when voice mail answered.  Caption on the phone reads "South Prog".

Have received an average of 2 calls a day for 2 weeks now.I either let them leave a message,(None so far,of course)or just
pick up the phone to let them know someone is here that knows the game...

It is Dial America magazine subscriptions.  Call 866-650-6637 and ask to be put on their do not call list.

Just found this source.  The calls just started but I was pleased to be able to deal with it right away.  Thanks for the Dial America information.  I really appreciate it.  I just called 866-650-6637.  Must have some sort of auto dial system because I was told I would receive a few more calls while my request was being processed.

Please take my number from this list every day. the calls are annoying and never leave a message, just long enough to beep!

I am getting several calls a day from this number. I do not answer, but it is getting annoying.

This # calls several times a day every day.  It says "Southern Prog" on the caller ID.  I have never answered and they do not leave a message.  I am on the "Do Not Call List." I believe the "Do Not Call List" doesn't apply to companies you have done business with in the past. My thought is that since this seems to be a magazine service, based on other entries above, I am assuming their way around the "Do Not Call List" is to send out free issues of magazines so they can continue to call us for renewals or offers of other magazines.  It is a sly way of making it look like we are previous customers so they can get around the list.  I would not be surprised if more telemarketing companies come up with such ideas to continue bothering people.  With the way the economy is going and the increase in job loss and businesses closing, why are telemarketing companies still operating?

getting thse calls every day. caller id says southern prog. I am on the do not call list. does this not mean anything anymore??? are thse companies/telemarketers above the law? how can we get them to STOP? can we institute some sort of class action claim against them? i am also getting daily unsolicited calls from another "unknown name", (different number). these started around second week of jan. i feel this is an invasion of MY privacy!!!

Calls come in with caller ID of Southern Prog.  As others have reported they hang up when answering machine answers.  No messages are ever left on machine.

keep getting calls from 201-215-1701 lately but never have answered; my number is on the donotcall.gov list so don't know how they are getting it

12/31/08, 1/3, 1/5, 1/6(x2) 2009 - Calling once per day twice today.
I am not answering and they are not leaving a VM.

Received the call. Southern Programs / Dial America.  I contacted Dial America as suggested in this site and the lady was very helpful.

and three others I don't recall

...same story as all the others; called the Dial America number listed in Leon's 5Apr08 post, asked to be put on their 'do not call list', and it was done...hopefully this is the end of the story!

they kep calling all hours of the day and night from 7 am to 11:15 pm - I'm sick and tired of the calls. When I answer, they hang up.

These people are calling every day and I never pick up  but it is REALLY getting annoying.

I keep getting phone calls from this number, but I don't pick up.  At first it came up on the call waiting as "Southern Prog" and now it appears as "unknown."  They sometimes call several times a day.

I receive one or two phone calls a week from this number...I don't answer the call anymore and no message is ever left.
to whom  or what does this number belong?
