THEY call and dont say anything they start calling n the morning and dont stop till about nine oclock n the evening

They call all day and don't say anything when u answer and it has a list of options to choose but they dont stop calling and u can't reach a operator!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've been receiving these calls for months with the same response as everyone above.

I've filed a complaint with the FCC.  You should do so too.  It's easy, you can do it online.

I keep getting calls eveyday at the same time, they call me up to 6 times a day.

This number calls me 3 times a day to harrass me about getting school grants, saying that I put my number in somewhere that I wanted the call, and I never did.  They are very rude and say that it was me that wanted the phone call.  I hate it.

Continuously calls my cell phone.  Has a foreign (not American) accent.  Calling about grants for school.  Even after I told him I wasn't interested he continues to call.  When I call his number a recording says the number is no longer in use.

I have been receiving calls from phone no 2012213965, they have been calling every 30 minutes, when I answer the phone there is no reply but they still keep calling.  It is getting very annoying, is there anyway I can block this person from calling.  i am so tired of this.

they call way too many times when i'm at work.  and when i get home, they're still blowing up my cell phone.  who are these people?  when you call the number back, it says it's been disconnected.

hard of hearing??? if everyone is saying that no one answers when they say hello then it does not mean that you can not hear due to noise. its a scam. I live in Florida, and as a telemarketer you should know when calling someone in a different state you have to abide by that states laws. well in florida telemarketers and or bill collectors can only call you 7 times in one days and not after 8pm. this number called my phone 15 times yesterday. yall need to get a life!

As off late this # 201-221-3965 has been calling me and will not take my # off there do not call list, it is really enough to drive someone mad. Now i really don't care what these people are trying to sale i'm not buying it, most of the time if someone is trying to get you to buy something they really try to sale it but not these people no one will talk to you and when you call back no one is there to answer your call. THIS IS TOTTAL BULL, JUST STOP CALLING ME I DON'T EVEN KNOW ANYONE IN NEW JERSEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have been getting the calls also and most of the time they say nothing. Monday I have going to report them to the phone co. I want it to stop because it is annoying since most of the time I have gone to sleep. I got two tonight.

I WENT ON THE GRANTS.GOV WEBSITE AFTER TALKING TO THE WOMAN GINA MENDEZ WHO CALLED ME IDK IF ITS LEGIT BUT SHE WILL BE GIVING ME A CALL BACK SO IMMA CHECK IT OUT BUT IM NOT GIVING UP NO CASH

I get calls from this number all day, early morning until late at night.  I have asked them not to call and a few minutes later they call again!  They tell me that I signed up for a school grant.  I'm 62 years old and would have no use for a school grant.  
I tried to call the number but no one answers.

These people said that we had looked up information for government loans online and they were responding to our query.  I told them there was a mistake and we were not interested.  Since then they have called the house three to four times a night.

When they called back the last time we picked up and just said, "quit calling."  They called back 20 minutes later. I picked up the phone, and they hung up on me.

I called back and they have a recording - option 1 to talk to a "customer service representative" and option 2 to be placed on their do not call list.  Option 1 goes to a "due to high volume of calls we cannot answer your call, please choose another option."  Option 2 goes to "sorry for the inconvenience, you are now on our do not call list".  (Which I sincerely doubt).

I hope these people get busted soon for whatever con they're trying to run.

Based on Nicole Garcia's post above, THIS MAY BE A SCAM. The Gov will *NOT* call to give you grants over the phone. The advance-fee-for-grant scam is where you have to Western Union them money before you get the grant. Wired-cash is irretrievable - once it's picked up at the other end, the money's untraceable, it's impossible to get the money back, and the scammers will vanish on you. Do not send money - there is no grant and they'll just keep your money.

Nicole Garcia is a fake positive scammer post. There is no such agency as the generic-sounding "Government Grant Agency."

Who are these people??  At least every thirty minutes.

So after being asked repeatedly to remove my number and not call anymore I still get calls every day almost every hour. This is getting beyond annoying and I am going to report your company to anyone and everyone I can for harassment and anything else I can report the company for now.

This place finally answered the phone when I when to pick up and they want a credit card for membership, then they give you a site to get free money, but here the interesting part.. it has alot of hard porn articles that involve entertainment such as watching stuff that might be frobidden in some states here in the us. Doing stuff articles with individuals not able to comprehend what is going on, and other kinds of entertainment, movies, as well as articles on how to get money to help you. There is a two fold identity here, Their customer service is polite, but I'm not use to going to sites that have such hard porn, almost dropped the computer of the floor went the page opened up (shock), that could cause psychological damage and only people who engage in that stuff would find some of the things here entertaining, however there are some good things they offer at the site for some people that might need help in certain areas of their life to learn how to make money and start a business. I'll go back to school and get a job that pays more money that way. This site is really strong and frankly would probably put any mail from this company in the fire place fast. The person I talked to was really nice and at least they are working and making a paycheck, thay sounded really happy in the background. I'd rather stay poor and happy in my ignorance. I don't really need money from that strong and  unique of place, just like a quiet life. This just is not my cup of tea. Got a special phone so I can block these peoples in a couple of days. Some people may like this site, who knows.
