They keep calling...saying they are going to have me arrested for defaulting on a cash loan that I NEVER obtained OR asked for from this company. I answered again today, as they have started back up..I told them they had the wrong number and the guy said, "Can I ask you a question. Will you............" THEN A DISGUSTING HORRID REMARK CAME OUT OF HIS MOUTH! I hung up and am trying to figure out how to report these people!

they keep calling telling me that i have a lawsuit against me. one time the guy in the background was laughing. then they keep calling and hanging up when i answer. I have never had dealings with cashnet or whatever they are.

These people are ridiculous. they keep calling my phone and i asked the to take me off thier call list and thier like, maybe, first i need to get what i need from you. they won't give you thier address or telephone number. and when you try to call the telephone number that they called you on, it says its disconnected.

OMG...these people have called me 27 times today...NOT EXAGGERATING~ Don't know who they are or what they want! They do not leave a message....when I did not answer they hung up after like 4 rings and called RIGHT BACK! Who are these people? wtf do they WANT? I am getting so frustrated with getting all these calls from numbers I don't know....they wont leave a message but they will call you back 50 times in a day!
I have an order of protection against someone I used to work with....which is WHY I don't answer my phone when I don't recognize the phone number NOR will I call back a number if no message is left!
Does anyone know what exactly they WANT???
I am at a loss! and I am FRUSTRATED.....

I received 5 calls on my cellephone from this number in one day this month and I signed up for the DO NOT CALL for my cellephone back in April and still received calls where they did not say anything can't something be done about this?

If got several calls from this number today, someone left a message saying that cashnet has filled a case against me because I owe them money, and to call them back right away or have my lawyer to call them back. Also the person said not to disregard this message because I'll be sorry. It's the biggest SCAM ever please do not give out any informaton you can also hear someone in the background telling the person what to say on the phone.

Just got off phone with them. Telemarketer trying to get me to join $9000 Platinum Trust Card to help raise credit score which I don't need....and of course, you will get charged a fee if you accept it.

Got 3 calls from them today, didn't leave any message, just hung up. Caller ID shows Grand Court Con. My guess is collection agency of some sort. Very annoying.

The same thing is happening to me starting today 08 04 2011. They dont leave a vm and when u call the nbr back, they dont answer, but they keep calling....I am going to report it to my phone carrier also to see if this number can be blocked

OMG this company needs to be stopped. Not sure who is running it, but I answered because I got tired of getting back to back calls. They asked for someone that didn't live here, told them wrong number but they still call back. I answered to attempt to tell them to take me off of the list but they just sit there, you can hear background noise from the call center they are in, and then they mute you so you can't hear anything and just sit there. This needs to stop, there are laws against phone harassment.
