This number called on 11/21, 11/22, 11/24 and 11/25 with three of the four calls being in the morning. On caller ID it comes up as the following:

I have blocked these calls but I always gets call again from a different number. The caller ID only says "CALL". When I answer, no one responds. When I call back the answering machine says "the mailbox for John Doe [or Bill] is full".

Bill collectors looking for people, charities, telemarketers, etc.  All can call between 8 am and 9 pm.  Do Not Call does not work for these type calls.  Call centers are used with different numbers.  You can tell them you are on DO NOT CALL, but you will have to tell each and every on of the hundreds working for these companies.  The are ROBO calls.  First one to answer gets someone, all others get dead phone.  Calling these numbers back is useless.   Reporting numbers like these to the FCC, FTC, ETC do not help.  I no longer use the residential phones because of these calls.  Technology now helps us to avoid calls or any calls by setting them to go directly to voicemail from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.  You can see who calls on your email or listen to them if they leave a message.  If you want certain numbers to go through the block then program them into your phone.  Otherwise, forward the numbers you want to your cell or another number you can set on the same phone with a different ring.   Stop calling these numbers back.  You are only letting them know that the phone number is a good number.  Telling these skip tracers that you are not who they are looking for doesn't help.  They keep calling even though you had the number for the past 15 years.  Your last name is the same so sooner or later they think They can catch whoever they are looking for.  So forward your calls to voicemail during 8 am and 9 pm.  If you don't know how to set your phone call your phone service.  Only way to stop these calls is to stop answering your phone.  
My voicemail box will remain full.  I review numbers online that called me during the day.  Also, do not put your cell phone number online for any reason.  Put your residential number in only.  I only turn on Fax when I need to fax or expecting a fax.  Otherwise, turn phone to voicemail.

Calls come in - when we answer - they click off - hang up - so annoying!

calls and does not speak and shortly hangs up. Since throwaway phones can be programed anywhere in the country to make you think someone is out of the area, I trust no one and wonder if they are checking to see if we are home or not. Called back and it says "mailbox is full -Bill.

Beware of any caller who does not identify themselves. You may be at risk
They may be a nut or trying to hurt you.

Other than the number, the only thing that shows up is CALL.

Want this phone call to stop

calls EVERY DAY, never anyone there, this needs to stop...I'm investigating further on what legal action can be taken. I'm current on the "do not call" list here in PA. I have nothing else better to do other than sue idiots like these....

I get a few calls a day from this number and if I answer no one is on the line.  If I call the number back, Bill's mailbox if full.

Calls several times a day, never keaves message. Tried to CB and sauid mailbox for Bill was full. Can't someone track these fools down?

They called me on a Sunday, called twice, back to back on Monday morning.  No voicemails.  I called back and got the same message about the mailbox for "Bill" being full.

called me sunday morning 930am, 4th call that says "call" only on caller id. Try to block and report these numbers to authorities star 57 right after the call.

This number called me on a Sunday when I called back it said the mail box fro Bill was full. I't bad enough they call during the week but holidays & Sundays are really pushing it.

Another one of these calls and no messages, losers get a life!

Comes as out of area call and calls often during the day and night..never leaves a message
