This number calls every day, every 20-30 minutes. They never leave a message. I haven't tried calling back.

Getting the same calls. My husband answered at 8 a.m. this past Saturday and they asked for me saying I had applied for a grant. He just graduated with his Masters and I have been out of college for 33 years and employed full time! Where can I complain. We are also on the DNC list.

This number is part of "Grant Informer" which are people who inform you of government grants and financial stuff for college. They will ask you to pay a small amount (like under $2) for shipping this "free" financial help to you. Whatever you do, DECLINE because this number is SCAMMING you into a superfine print of $49 per month membership fee. (if you google them, tons of complaints about them will pop up)

I answered this number once and they strongly urged (more like harassed) me to pay them then. I said no which made them frustrated and hung up so I thought I was done with them. Since then, they've been calling me mad crazy like every hour or so. I put my phone on silent so it doesn't bother me with their every-hour calling. (That's what you get you persistent FOOLS!! Give up while you can because I'll never answer you, MUHAHAHA!!)

I think that their calling tons of number now because its back-to-school season and they hope to reel in some money. Well, hope this helps anyone.

this number just calls and calls and calls and when i pick up, nobody is ever on the phone, what the hell?

Phone calls every 10-15 minutes from 745a to 840pm. I tried to return the call, message that 'due to high volume' please try later. No more than put down the phone and it rang. I answered it to be told that as I had signed up for information on govt. grants (???) I was getting this call. I was quite verbal about the # of calls and the fact that they left no message, but that if I got another call I would press charges. At any rate, I haven't had another call from this #. They never identified the company.

I get calls atleast 4X a day. I've tried to stay on the line but its dead air I've reported the number searched online and calls do not stop! I've decided to just give up and let it ring

Found out this # is from Grant Investors. If you applied online for information to receive free grants (money) from the Government, they are contacting you to send you a package to get the information.

they just started calling me this afternoon every 20-30 minutes. the first time i hung up on them then ignored them then started cussing at them. Lets see if they call again...

i have been receiving calls from this number for the past 3 days every 15 -30 minutes starting at 8:15 this is very annoying and when i answer or call back i am put on hold.  The last time i called the number back it asked if i did not want to receive this call again to press 2 and i did and they called me right back in about 15 mins. This needs to stop!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have called them back and got a message, "If you want to be placed on our do not call list, press 2."  I did. We'll see.

This number has been calling us for 3 days, at least twice an hour...no one answers, and when I let it go to the answering machine (most of the time) there is no message.  The only times I do answer it anymore is to press # several times.  I had heard that would kick my number out of the computer, but it hasn't worked.  I am on the do not call list as well.  Very frustrating!  When I called the number I got a recording saying the number I have reached is not in service!

I added the number to my contacts.  Then I set the ringer to silent.

honestly do you even know the possible dangers of this is. i have received 2 calls every minute for 3 days always at night with a man threatening to come over to my house and cut off all my fingers and limbs as i watch them kill my family and do the same to them. these people are from poor corrupt countries (commonly nigeria or something of the same conditions) they use embedding codes and such so you cannot trace their number or see their caller ID. they are impossible to catch and typically from overseas in a poor town. these people will stop at nothing to make you scared for your life. you can never know how serious they are but dont take it lightly or be stupid and give out any information. i dont know what idiot above said they were going to sue a person doing something like this to them but they honestly have no common sense. dont be stupid and jump to conclusions if you believe them for whatever they are trying to trick you with. these types of things have been happening for many years now probably decades and dont underestimate them. their motive is to scare you so much that you send them money to leave you alone. not to worry there are other options but dont give out any information about your self. i knew someone who lost 600,000 dollars to something like this and even when he tried to track it he couldnt. the money is sent to a central station far away where many people stowing away working for the hacker will sneak in to pick up the package or find away to secretly get it and will grab it and send it to another station until a series of untraced stations like the first one the same method is repeated and it has circulated through final brings it to your harrasser. these people could be correlated to something of the same extremities as a terrorist, cereal killer, nigerian pirate, or the worst people you can think of. dont be stupid and think they will stop because of "policy" there is none in their eyes. and they dont have a breaking point or point where you can predict they will stop. change your number. it is a crime for years ruined many lives. they are a organized group if you are receiving any calls of this type. do not stay on the line they probably have very large hacking skills and can trick you into picking up. (they hacked the ID to say they were a person from my town and the caller ID said my town name) do not fall for these. if it sounds like a voice creepy, with an accent or one from someone you have heard before from these types of calls say officer this is the person or tell them to stop and hang up immediately. they will most likely persist after that but dont answer if its unlisted or your not positive its someone you know. this is a serious offense threatening your life and immediately contact the police. you can never be fully prepared for it but dont let them give you the runaround either. they might say irrelevant things or keep asking if different people are home and for all you know they are reading the dictionary to keep you on the line long enough so they can find out where you live. they are skilled and experienced hackers. they have done these things long enough that they know exactly what to do for every situation and know every trick in the book. they might be poor but can still scrape up technology to use where they can even be more advanced than you and have personally set up software which you cannot get by no matter what. its an awful thing which no one wants but listen to what im saying in dont be stupid, report to authorities, dont give out any information (they commonly ask questions that make you think your not giving out any important information), and everything else i said above. read this link it is useful and will tell you what you need to do in these situations generally and you should follow them.

these people stop at nothing to strike fear in you and make you feel scared for your life. dont respond to them. do listen to them so you can say to the police what they were saying and not be ignorant of the matter but dont listen to them also in the way where you become irrational by the threats. enter a conversation with logic, ease, and safety procedures. dont stay on the line to long considering they might trace your call, follow procedure and u should be ok.

These people keep harrassing me!!!! Sometimes I get close to 10 calls a day from them and no one is on the line to cuss out,also Ive tryed to punch 2 to stop the calls it only makes it worse it seems.Something needs to be done about these - - - - - - - - -!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I a disabled senior citizen and these calls (201-263-4339)call me late at night and especially when I am not near a phone.

Iget the feeling they are callin from a foreign country -- it is always from someone with a foreign accent.

I have asked them several times to remove my number.

These are calls coming from a foreign country, that's why it takes so long for them to answer.  I have waited twice for someone to answer -- each time a person with a foreign accent ask me if I want a free grant. I know there are many people from foreign countries running grant scams here in the states, and now they are doing it by phone from their countries.

Someone trying to run a scam got upset with me because I wouldn't give them copies of 3 pieces of ID in color.  I might be old, but I not unaware of the scams that's being played on the American-born people.

In 2007 $45 Billion Dollars was mailed to the native countries by immigrants who don't like America or Americans -- those immigrants don't hestitate to tell you they are only here to learn how to beat the American system I only wish this government would wake up to the vast fraud and deport these people back to their counties.
