got a call in Florida from 201-297-5449. Did not leave a message

Have been getting call for a long time (no one there) some 3 times a day.
Today I did a star69 (I don't have ID) and got this same number.
(201)297-5449
I'm thinking of pushing the Star or pound to make a beep, and see if they try to leave a message.

I've been getting all sorts of calls from the 201 area code, but no one would ever answer when I picked up. Finally I called back when this number occurred. The phone call quality was quite poor and an Indian woman was on the other end, so I'm guessing some kind of weirdness is going on there.
Anyhow, she said she was with discover card and they had a promotional item for me. I said I didn't want it and asked to be removed from their promotional calling list. I verified my first/last name and home phone # and that was it. (Never give out more information in case it's a scam.)
Hopefully that's the end of these calls.
