I was contacted by this number. Someone with Hindi accent claiming to be "Frank White" (Lmao) said he was from ITSC and was contacting me to refund my money. He asked if I was near my computer and I lied, saying I wasn't home. He said he would call me again tomorrow. Little does he know I programmed my phone to reject future calls from that number! (Ha ha ha ha ha!!!)

Invest in a call blocking device or phone. Many are around $60.00 you can google them.

Is there a way to block these calls?  Since I asked, then demanded that they stop calling, I have received several calls a day.  My hello is greeted with silence, then a whistle and "Good-bye."

Make sure your antivirus is turned on, run it. Also download and run Malware bytes, its free, download it from filehippo. But if your not technical, then take it to a real Live tech you can see face to face.

Change any and all passwords every where, including on your computer.  And you probably better place fraud alerts on your banking, CC and any other accounts and credit you may have on your computer. If you paid them by DC or CC, file fraud with your bank, the CFB and also the FTC!

The only persons who should be touching your computer is you, your manufacturer, Real Windows support that you have called and/or maybe a real live tech you see face to face!

I have been receiving calls from this number for many months.  I've tried answering, but no one answers back.  I've tried letting the answering unit take the call; the only recording is a "Good Bye".  This is very annoying.

These flakey A-..holes keep calling me and they are so brain dead. If I am smart enough to tell them to go to hell every time they call, do they think I will fall for their scam someday soon? ITs always some half-wit who calls, and who hardly speaks English. I hope they starve real soon.

This number is used to perpetrate scam affecting computers. The aim is to obtain control of your computer by agreeing to let scammer "look" for " expired or obsolete system safety software" by letting access your computer remotely via Tight VNC.  The caller might pretend that he is calling from Microsoft because during recent automatic up "Microsoft" found problems. Later during the call the caller will try to get credit card number either for charging for "upgrading" of computer security or refund for allegedly "pre-paid" services. The caller has foreign accent - probably Indian.

They are perpetrators of a fraud that will wipe out any available credit you might have.  They begin by knowing a little bit of info about what you might have bought or obtained and they use it to make their "refund" sound plausible.  Before you know it they have control of your computer and access to everything in it.  From their accents, the calls may originate from India...

I got a scammer call from this number, telling me they were going to refund money paid to purchase a virus cleanup app. They claim I purchased this app on Feb 13, 2013, and wanted to get my credit card info to refund my money. ($249) Since I made no such purchase, in fact at the time had a new computer, I told him he was full of shxxt, and received a laundry list of naughty words, including insults to my Mother. Just thought you should know they are using your company name to steal from innocent folks.  The call came from 201 316-3376
