i have been getting calls from this number all day today! told them the person did not live here and they kept calling saying they needed to speak with that person!

I received a card stating I had won a $100 gift card from Target/Walmart.  I called the number 1-857-772-5164 that was on the card, and I talked with a lady (Michelle Dsilva) who told me that I had to pay $5.90 to get the card.  After I signed up with her, she told me I had to speak to her supervisor who requested the same information I had already given.  During this conversation, I told him
I no longer wanted the gift card, and I hung up.  I was called back more than 5 times from the 201-338-6165.  When I checked my voice message, I was told that my card had been authorized for the $5.90 payment.  When I tried to call this number back, I was unable to reach anyone.  I checked my bank account today, and so far, I do not see any activity for this payment.

I need to make a correction on my first complaint about harrassing telemarketing phone calls.

the name of the company is Dental Direct - I did a typo and called it Delta Dental - please not the correct name - which is Dental Direct.

Report EACH call.  FTC Fines are $16,000 for EACH violation, CRTC 15,000 for EACH violation.

this is a telemarketing company that is very flim-flam.  They constantly call my home phone trying to sell me services I do not want - do not need and refuse to stop calling me.  They call at all hours of the day and night - even on a federal holiday - such as Memorial Day - they called me at 4:09 pm on May 31st, distrupting my holiday festive event.

it is harrassment - I told them I refuse to be their customer and they won't take "no" for an answer.

please notify them I will take legal action against them - it is some sort of dental insurance plan coverage.  I already have outstanding dental coverage and have absolutely NO interest in changing plans.

They called...when i answered they hung up

this number has called me 4x today.  can I blow a whistle in their ear?  called 2x in 5 oclock hour minutes apart  then close to 8 and shortly after 8.

These morons are calling my son 5X per day.

I don't have money for dental insurance.
I don't have money to give to scams.
I frankly don't care about yellow/yellowing teeth,
because I believe it's genetic.

If you got a toothwhitening product this week from Everbrite you should cancel your credit card account immediately......this is a scam.  I ordered this product thinking I would get a sample and only had to pay $3.95 shipping.  The website stated, if you cancel your enrollment within 14 days of using the sample you would not be billed for the automatic 3 month shipment.  I  went on-line cancelled my enrollment within the allotted time and was still charged.  I called the company and spoke w/ representatives who could barely speak English and got put on hold forever.  I guess while I was on hold they were putting more charges on my credit card.  Needless to say,  that $3.95 turned into $267 and a closed credit card account.   These people are scam artist.

calls from this number are from the same scandulous people who aka "EverBrite Tooth Whitening"   This fradulent company and it's affiliates will rob you......

I have been getting calls from this number recently. I can only conclude after reading these posts that they got my number from a teeth whitening product I got online earlier this week,

Just had a call on my cell-didn't leave msg-I didn't answer. After reading the reports--I'll make sure and post a sign in the dental office where I work to NOT use their company since they want to annoy people with their unwanted calls. It's a $2 million dollar practice, so we have LOTS of patients who will see it. Patients are always asking us who we recommend for dental insurance--I'll make sure they know who we DON'T recommend--Dental Direct!!

Called me three times today alone...13 times in 10 days...at least once a day for a month. When will these idiots realize I'm never going to answer?

I get a call from them at least once a day.  Started over 2 weeks ago.  They never leave a message and I don't answer from people I don't know

I recieved 2 phone calls from this number. i called back and was told it is from Dental Direct. they tried to sell me dental insurance but i declined.

I too received a call from them them dozens of times. I called back and the person who answered said they are a company called Dental Direct - located in NY. However, their phone number is registered in NJ.
I asked him to stop to take me off his call list and he STILL tried selling me dental insurance.
I don't buy any of this story.
