Had a call from "Katy" at 4:30pm asking if our co was interested and available to perform a router install for Verizon tomorrow morning. Yeah right! Verizon does this as part of their FiOS install.
We can find no record of this company and think they are marketing folks or competitors gathering information on rates. When I called the # back after hours, it immediately played music-no ring, no intro message, nothing.
They called once before asking for an installation the next day and again asked the cost.
We think the "next day" time frame is to get companies to reveal rate and other information if they want the work.
Definitely not to be trusted in our opinion.

These people are knuckleheads.....they call offering supposed IT jobs in your area....take down all kinds of information from you regarding your qualifications, what you charge, email addresses, etc. Then they give you a little more detail about the job they are referring you to do....fix a network...install a hard drive or operating system, and then they get your email to send you the job details and contact info....and it stops there. You never hear another word from them, until a few weeks/months later they call and go through the routine again with another job in your area. I called back and asked them point blank what is their angle, and what is in it for them, and they hung up on me. Its some sort of scam.
