THIS FR..KING IDIOTS KEEP CALLING MY CELL PHONE
SINCE THIS MORNING. WHEN YOU ANSWER,NO RESPONSE-
THEY DISCONNECT.

These people have called my cell phone 16 times in the last 24 hours!
I have told them they have the wrong number, I have told them to stop and it does no good. They claim to be calling about a Google work at home on your computer promotion.

This number is calling my cell phone 4 times daily

I told her the conversation was over after the pressure tactics.

This number called me 3 times starting at 8:30am - 9:30am and I was attempting to sleep late...very frusterating and to top it off no one was on the line when I picked up.

Pressed 2 to remove my number from their directory.

Yesterday, I received a call from an Indian Woman who was with google biz, an online job that has been reported to be a way to make money from home posting advertisements and such via internet. I had previously did a little research to see if this was for real or not and in order to see what the business was about I put my phone number in. She stated that she was going to sign me up for google biz...I told her that I needed to do more research and I was not going to just jump right in. She then asked me, "do you think that in order to make money that business people have time to do research".  At this point I told her the conversation as I realized from her tone and rediculous tactic that she was trying to pressure me into signing up.   My phone records say that the number is the same as our phantom caller, 201-355-2482

As I was typing this, I received another call, even after called and pressed 2 to be taken off of the list.

My lesson for the day, never provide a real cell phone number to a online sight you are not sure of, even if it is to get info.

is there any way we can stop these calls?
it is like they programed the phone numbers
on utomatic speed dail. since it is a regular
phone number,you try to answer - 201 area code?

I have received a few random calls over the last two days from this number. They have called me 5 times since 8:00am this morning. I called back and no one answers and the call is not intercepted by a voice mail message.

I'm so glad i found this website. i typed the number into the computer hoping it would give me some clue as to who is calling. the calls are really irritating but i hope the advice given will make them stop.

This number called me 15 times today when I spoke to someone he still tried to sell me stuff even though I said no just take me of the call list 3 times. I had to curse at him for him to stop and get it threw his head. I feel kinda harrased by this company 15 times in one day, starting at 5:30 am!!

If anyone has ever started down the path of those "Google ads" where they pay you to post links. Even if you never completed the process of putting in your credit card. The first screen makes you put in a phone number. Thank god  I did my work number. They asked for me by name. First of all read the fine print as I did they are not associated with google or MSN or anyone else on their site. And now they are annoying phone solicitors as well.

The calls stopped for a while,now started again.
when you answer the call,dead silence,then they hang up.

wow this just started happening to me from this very number. I'm going to try waiting 10 seconds. Do they actually think after calling someone over and over again and pissing them off, they are going to sell them something? No wonder telemarkerters are soooo hated!

This is what I did. They called and I picked it up, but didn't speak. Then about 10 seconds of waiting a women came on (from India I think) and asked to speak with me. I told her I didn't want anymore calls and she cancelled my number from the database. My thoughts are that this is voice activated and they're using a streaming system to route callers through --like a phishing game. Anyway, if you talk right away when you pick up the phone, it automatically hangs up. So, just wait the 10 seconds and someone will come through. Hope this helps. I swear this was driving me through the frikin' wall! It finally stopped--but was getting about 4 calls per day as you were. Silence now and I love it!

Call 8 times in 4 hours yesterday! I just tried the press two thing! SUre hope it works

Called my house phone 10 between 12:07 - 3:00PM.  For all of you that get this number, call it back.  It tells you that it is the customer service dept and if you press number 2 (after it reads prompts) it will put you on the do not call list.  I just did it so lets see if it works.  Good luck to all.
