F u c k i n g JEW Lawyers - Debt Collectors

They are calling my job and that is unacceptable.

Eichenbaum & Stylianou, L.L.C. called my house more times than I can recollect. It was so annoying. Message after messages. They wouldn't stop. They are hard to settle debt on. They want a lot of money at once when the economy has been so hard. There hasn't been any raises in years. They sued me anyways and I'm still trying to settle it. : (  I finally sent them a letter to stop calling.

On April 11, 2010, the Law Office of Philip D. Stern filed a class action lawsuit in the United States District Court concerning EICHENBAUM & STYLIANOU for its telephone messages, communications, and other practices that may violate the federal Fair Debt Collection Practices Act ("FDCPA").

I actually was calling them back, I was easily attainable and I was trying to explain to them that I was missing allot of work due to medical promblems,they would not work with me,they wanted unreasonable payment arrangements and they sued me anyway, it did not go to judgment because I worked out a unreasonable deal with them that made me pay them so much money that there was no other money left sometimes to pay the minimum due on some other cards, I am now on permanent disability I did notice once they see on time payments, there aggressive tone settles done and they seem more willing to work out the remaining balance with me.....

They are lawyers and will put a judgment against you if you don't call them back.

Yes, I do get calls and even 1 min. long voice msg. from this number.
As far as I know, this company is for debt collection...

Who are these people?

they call everyday sometimes leaving a message sometimes not its a laywer for a debt im paying off but theyneed to stop calling my house
