The FCC has guidelines toward telemarkers. This includes, how many abandoned calls (when they cannot connect with one of their operators and their computer hangs up) they can total in a month's time.

I made my complaint this morning.  If everyone complains, then there will be enough to shut down their business. So, who wants to join me?

I am also getting unwanted calls on my cell from this number. I am on the do not call list. No message, calling almost every day. Glad I found this site!

I was recieving multiple calls from another number & was able to ask them to take me off the list as my number is private. They have called after 9PM they are calling from multiple numbers in the last 24 hours I have received 10 calls from TKSI there is only an answering machine when calling these numbers back & when I answer they hang up. I am so pissed right. Other numbers are:

They kept calling and finally I answered. It was a telemarketer wanting me to restart a newspaper subscription.  Why when there is the Internet??

Got this call 3 times a day. Extremely annoying when pick up got disconnected. Tell this loser company get lost and stop disturbing.

I recieved a call from this number they were trying the get me to renew my subscription with local news paper. Maybe it's a company calling people about their local newspapers from what I can see from this & other sites comments.

A guy called said he was from New York Daily news, and that he would send me coupons worth a couple of hundred dollars but the catch was that he would like to tape record me saying "I agree" to get the coupons for free.... I said if I can't record my discussion with you I would rather not have the coupon because recording my voice might take me out of context.

Turnkey is a for hire telemarketer.  I've gotten calls from from the on behalf of the Boston Globe.  And from different number several times.

To all companies who use or hire telemarketers ... if I wanted your product, I would call you!!!!  And after receiving your ad call/survey (whatever!) via telemarketer on my DNC registered phone number, I will purposefully NOT buy your product just for that reason!!!!!!!!

I keep getting a call from this number 201-399-2106, I don't ever answer it. I don't answer calls that I don't recognize the number. They call all the time and I'm quite tired of them calling me. They have been calling at least once a day for the past week. After reading some of the other comments, I'm wondering if it is affiliated with my local news paper,  ("The Virginia piolt") for I had missed a call from them the day before I started getting phone calls from this number. I don't know for sure, it's just strange that after I missed my call from my local paper I begin getting these calls from 201-399- 2106, and that this number is affiliated with other newspapers. Can you stop this number from calling me?

These A'holes call several times a day.  Now I learn they are trying to sell newspaper subscriptions.  We are on the Do Not CALL list, and I am going there next and light them up.

Tryed to get my info for newspaper.Colorado Springs.Thay wan't my address and said thay wan't to start delivering agin.If thay delivered before thay should have my address already.

How do you block this number? they are very annoying

REPORT THEM!  First you have to register your phone number with the national do not call registry and wait a month.  Telemarketers are supposed to check the "do not call list'  every 30 days and take your number off their call list if you have registered with the do not call registery.  After that when they continue to call you can report them.  If the do not call people get enough complaints they will take legal action against Turnkey solutions whick involve hefty fines and maybe even criminal charges.  If you want to register go to this adress:  https://www.donotcall.gov/register/reg.aspx.  Dont expect anything to happen right away as they don't go after anybody until they have received many complaints (I have reported Turnkey Solutions 6 times so far)  If enough complaints are made we can shut them down.

just got a call on my work phone - I was asked whether I had a subscription with Chicago Tribune.  I do actually and told him that.  He then asked if I am as beautiful as I am intelligent... After I sternly asked where this was going, he hung up.  weird.  hopefully no more phone calls

We really need help, this people from this phone number keep calling every day, this is a harassing.The police know about it?

Got a call from this number.  Left a small message but was unable to hear what was said

THIS COMPANY ALONG WITH MANY OTHERS HAS THE PRACTICE OF CALLING HOMES AND AS HUMAN NATURE DICTATES SOME PEOPLE AS I DID. THIS COMPANY IS TURNKEY SOLUTIONS, I CALLED THE NUMBER AND LEFT MESSAGE TO TAKE ME OFF CALLING LIST. I CALLED ONE TIME AND THE CALL WAS FORWARDED TO A CELL PHONE. HAD I HEARD THE NUMBER I WOULD TEXTS THE NUMBER INCESSANTLY(UNENDING) TO PUT THE SHOE ON THE OTHER FOOT. I WILL FURTHER INVESTIGATE THIS NUMBER UNTIL I GET RESULTS.

To call the majority of posters debtors is unfair.  I received a call from this number tonight and didn't answer it.  Why?  Because I receive calls day and night for people who lived on the 2nd floor of my house 4 years ago!  I am sick and tired of telling callers they don't live in this house anymore and still receive calls for them.  Please don't paint everyone with the same brush.

It's a google voice #. As soon as I answer, it says my caller hung up and goes to a voicemail that says Century Solutions.

Just got a call from this number but I recognize it as a number that has called before on many occasions. This is one of many other numbers (all different area codes) that calls ur home several times per day! There really needs to be a govt crack down on these calls. They disturb our peace in our own homes! It's gotten absolutely outrageous now and we're totally sick of it! We now keep our answering machine on 24/7/365 and our friends and family have been informed to start speaking on the machine or we aren't picking up when we're home. Not going to waste our time with any of these ANNOYING telemarketers.
