Rings, I answer and they hang up. I do hear noise in the background, but only for a brief second before disconnected. I am getting this exact same scenario from all the following numbers:

This started around the 4th of June 2013 and every day I get a few calls from one of these numbers, rotating it seems. If they're all related, appears like a new monthly call sheet went out to all the scammers. Sigh....

I had the same call but the "sales" person did talk normally. As soon as I asked for a call back number he hung up on me.

Called me couple times, no response, hangs up. Call back and the voice mail box is full.

Like others, get call quite often from this number. Have a pay-as-you-go phone, so get dinged each time.  Don't like it.

Just got a call as well, they didn't say a word, but super loud noise in the back ground

I just got a call - as everyone said it was incredibly noisy and the caller was awkward. He said I had ordered a travel certificate from them a few years ago and never used it but could use it now and I just hung up... Very annoying

Said his name was such and such from career travel or something like that. It was so noisy from callers in the background, and between that and him mumbling with his speece impediment, I couldn't understand half of what he said. I asked him to slow it down and please repeat twice, still didn't catch it. I finally heard something like, you've won a free travel certificate for $500. Are you between the ages of 28-68, I said no, and he said have a nice day. I hate crap like this...

I get called by this number almost every day, too. I think it is some vacation package sales pitch. Not sure how they came across my cell phone, but they call during work which is really annoying.

Called me twice yesterday.  First time I answered they hung up, 2nd time I answered and they screamed 'What!!!" before hanging up again...sounded like an old cranky old lady

Keeps calling- I can hear someone on the line, but then hangs up. When I call back it says "Mailbox full"

Calls and calls everyday. When I answer a woman is on the other line and hangs up. When I call back it says "This mailbox is full and cannot accept any new messages at this time."
I'm not sure if it is a sales call or something else.
