Collections -- they call from this # and other numbers throughout the day. I do not have any outstanding debt -- they are obviously trying to contact the person who used to have my current phone #.

They are collections and they have called me at least 5 times a day

Called my cell phone with a recording asking for someone other than me. "Dial one if you are this person, dial two if you are not this person". I hit "two" and hung up as the message continued on.
This is very bothersome and eats up my cell phone minutes !

got a call from this number at 9:45AM nobody was even talking I kept saying hello 20 times nobody responded .
