My mom's been getting calls for weeks, at least once a day, different times.  It shows on the caller ID as ALLSEC. Tonight she decided to take the call.  It was for my brother (who doesn't live with my mom anymore)and they said it's about a car loan application he filled out.  Call my brother, he hasn't filled anything out.  They gave a number to call back 1-888-579-4910 which comes up as uscreditfind.com

I am also getting phone calls from this number.  I called back to find out who's calling but all I have been getting the same "service will commence in a minute". This is very disturbing.  Specially with alot of news about invasion of privacy.  Well I went on line, and there is a website about ALLSEC is it based in India, but I guess they are using phone lines based here in the USA.

I have been getting calls from this same number.  It's beginning to worry me.  I don't know what in the world is Allsec.  I don't remember filling out out an application with them at all or any place with a 201 area code.  I am beginning to wonder if it's anything related to all them scam e-mails trying to get people to work as financial agents before ripping them off.  I'm hoping those people have not moved from e-mailing garbage to calling up hardworking, honest people like myself.

Dave, so glad you did that. If only more people would, maybe people like him would think twice before scamming others. The problem is, as soon as his projects fall apart, he moves onto the next - currently, spending time, money, and web real estate to harrass ex-business partners. Hard to believe this guy is a soon to be 36 year old (his bday is 4/5 - maybe we should all give him a happy birthday call) washed up musician who just happened to read a few programming books while he was in LA trying to play rock star. Oh, and financed it all with fake companies, money laundering, and marrying a Russian girl for money. I hope to god when I am that age, I am not that pathetic. The people I feel worst for are the people he scammed who never even chose to get involved with him - namely, all those customers whose phonebills were fraudulently charged.

Thanks, I called him tonight and had a long conversation with him about my mom's phone bill. He kept saying his name was Angel and he was just an employee. Thanks to you I was able to tell him "No, this is your name, you own the company and Angel is your alias. You have already been sued by one state and are about to get sued by others from the sound of things." He seemed less than pleased that I could get a hold of his cell number and swore that he would look into it. Yea Right. It was fun though to harass him though. Paybacks are a bi***.

He is absolutely a scam artist. He was just sued by the AG of Illinois and settled. Every person who has been affected needs to contact their AG and look into filing a class action lawsuit. I have seen firsthand the BS this person propogates, and he will continue to do so until he is held accountable. He has not filed taxes in years, he hires illegal overseas employees, and scams innocent people (both people he knows, and people he doesn't). I can confirm that the above info is correct, and he is also on Facebook, Myspace, etc so look him up and be sure to let him know you're on to him!! He fancies himself a rock star as well. I am pretty sure this is not the type of publicity he wanted, but I hope enough people come forward in enough places, that this is what he gets. He deserves no less for all he has done.

My father's AT&T phone bill was charged 14.95 and 9.99 based on fraudulent claims by ILD Teleservices on behalf of a company called US Credit Find.  When contacted by phone (1-800-433-4518), ILD Teleservices  claimed that these charges were authorized by my wife in January of '09, a patently false claim.  The address that they had on record was correct for my father's home, but the name they had was my wife's maiden name, a name that she hasn't gone by in more than 8 years.

This has got to be some sort of nasty little identity theft scam and I for one would like to see an end to it.

I got hooked up doing a little quiz online.  Once they started asking questions that seemed sensitive I bailed - but they had my email address, a false name, and a false phone number.  I tried to call the 888 number but never (of course) got to a person.
I'm afraid to logon and cancel this account, but I am concerned that someone who owns the fake phone number I entered will be billed.
I haven't received a phone call, but I did get the "welcome" email you copied above.

Thanks for the info. ILD has repeatedly put charges through on my phone bill with AT&T. I've called AT&T and they have kicked the charges back but this happens every month. I've called the number you listed and have cancelled. Hopefully this will put a stop to it. I've also sent a note to the local D.A. hoping they can do something about this.

This company is calling itself Uscreditfind.com - I believe it gets it's info from little surveys, etc., filled out online. I found myself on their list and receiving a Welcome email from doing this. Also, I was signed up for some sort of secret email account which I called and cancelled immediately, coming from the same little survey. I've searched online and cannot find them. I did call the 1-888-579-4910 listed on their email today and did get an answer with an option to cancel the account. I did that and then emailed them and threatened them with my attorney, the state attorney general, and the cyber security at the college where I teach computer classes. I hope it works. Perhaps you can call that number and reach someone now. What a scam. I don't know if it's an ID scam, or just a quick way to collect from someone's phone account, which is how they informed me I would be charged for their credit(?) services. Also, if someone filled out a survey and used a fake number, it could have been yours, and that's how you could have gotten on their list. Good luck to us all.

This is happening to me! I got two $9.99 charges on my AT&T bill passed through by ILD Teleservices from a company called US Credit Find, and when I googled up their 1-888-579-4910 phone number I got a reference to Allsec Technologies and I get the feeling someone is trying to steal my identity or otherwise scam me!
