These people call us every day at 8:15 in the morning. You can set your clock by them. This has gone on for 6 months or more. Every day they are told that we are not interested and that we are on the DNC list and wish to be removed from their system and stop calling. They just keep right on calling......under a private number...no less.

These people call you all day, and if you tell them to stop calling you they say okay but call back using another name. I think it's just the same person, but say they're someone else. I get their phone calls all morning long, but no in the evening. I tell them to remove my number and not call back, but they still insist. They really do get annoying, because you constantly have to pick up the phone to see who it is and they're just wasting your time.

This has called me a few times, only there is the + (plus sign before the number.

I am getting calls 2-3 times a day from 201-520-9341 and they never leave a message, yet I can hear them in the background talking. I have been trying to find an address, but no luck. The number comes up as disconnected if I call back.

Just got another call from this number (2015209341).  Spoke to "Tiffany" she had what sounded like an Indian accent.  She identified herself as an education advisor.  I asked the name of her company to which she replied "Education Headquarters".  Must think I'm stupid.  She then asked if I wanted to further my education.  I said no, and then told her to remove my number.  Bet she won't....

Well, I was out on business with leaving my phone in the car. Once I approached my car and checked my phone is showed that I had a missed call from phone number (beginning with a +) +2015209341 but, did not call the number back. In the same day a couple hours later I received this call from this number again. However, I did answer the call. Well first it took a minute for the party to speak, but once she spoke. She talked and had a foreign accent with asking for my name. Of course, I said that he wasn’t available so I asked, who this is, where are you calling from: Stated calling in behalf of my funds (in so many words). So then she asked if I wanted to "further my education."  I said NO!!!!!! I have a degree and hung up.

I get two or three calls from this number two. I think they ask everybody if they want to further their education. This all seems to happen after I respond to or open up my personal e-mails. I think they are the same ones who keep asking me the same question in my e-mails. And if after you say your'e not intrested, a week or two later, they'll call again! They're very annoying!

Will not stop calling. Whenever they don't hang up, I can hardly understand them when they call.

Got to my car and check my phone which stated that I missed two calls. Recieved 2nd call from +2015209341. Recieved 1rst call 12 minutes earlier from 1-773-596-1460.

keep calling non stop ...who is thissssss the number has the + sign in front of it as well!!

Have rec'd several calls from this number.  Have not answered. If it continues, I will report it to the phone company as a harassing call.

i just recieved a call from the is number and it too has a + in front of the number i picked up but no one answered i tried calling back but it said it was like a international call or something. its weird that alot of people have been getting calls from the same exact number.

Got this on my cell phone, asked for someone I never heard of then asked if I wanted to "further my education."  I hung up.

I keep getting calls from 2015209341 why?

Today 12/13/10 I have received 3 phone calls on my cell phone. 210-520-9341/ 877-729-0716/ 877-303-4130. I would like this to stop, there are no messages just hang ups.

This call came from Union City, New Jersey, during the day after Thanksgiving.

The Education Center asks for personal information from the client first before divulging any information about its company. After the personal information is given by client, the operator then transfers the call to a "supervisor" to answer questions concerning the nature of what type of company it is, and what services it offers I was told. These services are free I was told. But first the caller must give out personal information. Seems wrong, very wrong.

The guy with the Indian sounding voice called me on November 26th, around 5 p.m. He said I had requested info through the internet also, and that he wanted to know if I'd be transferring to a college within the next 3-6 months. He asked for personal info that I was reluctant to give, such as: what year did I graduate from high school, my date of birth, can we contact you through this number. I gave the year I graduated, the year of my birth, and zipcode. But this is too much to be asking without giving out more information about their company. He said after I give out this info I will then transfer you to my supervisor, whom sounded as if she wasn't even 18 years old. I ended the call then.

I called the number back today, Saturday, got a recorded message that said that the "Education Center" is closed. Call back during normal business hours. I don't think this is a legitimate company. The Indian sounding guy said that he could sign me up for medical billing training after I told him what my major in college was. This company should be reported. I also said we are you based out of. He said the University of Chicago, which is a reputable university.

when i called it - it said i had reached a non-working number but they just called my cell last night! no idea who they are but i am also on the DNC list ? wish they would respect our right not to receive all these calls - if i want something i will find them!

Do not engage converstations with these people.  They want you to answer the phone and have you to stay on for more than 1 to 3 minutes in order to get into your computer connected to the phone lines.  It's an open gatway for these scammers to access your computer once you answer the phone.  
If you answer the phone, make sure your homer computer is off and turn off your modem at night.  This way people are not going to get into your personal computer files.
Google is a truly effed up site that sells out all your personal info to all these hackers and telemarketers.  Cancel your accounts with Google and do not sign up with them at all.  They are psoting people's personal info, and even your address along with your phone numbers.
Google is Government.  They are working hand in hand and another form of Big Brother that yuou gave consent to post all your personal info all over the net.

i get these calls every day on my tracphone (yes the one you have to buy min. for ) i never answer them they call 2,3,4 times a day.

I am tired opf receiving calls from this number....they will not be returned because they are not known nor or they leaving a message.

I have about 10 different ones that call my cell everyday. Its getting to the point that i want to leave my phone at home when im working but i need my phone. This has to stop.
