I have been receiving calls from 7867527914 for the last 3 days and ignored them finally answered and the operator obliviously in a noisy call center said my wife's (called her by name) application had been approved by lending tree for $8000.  I told them she did not fill out an application and he asked why I am a liar he has the application in front of him. I asked that they stop calling and he said he could do that but the FTC requires a fee for removing my name and if I do not pay the fee then the calls will continue.  p.s. I verified with my wife she did not fill out an application.  When I asked for his information he told me his name was Ethan he is working on the RAPAL campaign his number is 201-565-9374 x 113

i apllied for the loan in the green tree for 2000$ and i show 150$ in the front of the company......as a good faith intension,to prove them that i m a financial capable person to take this loan...........and after showing them 150$,they just give me the confirmation call and i receive the money and it will take only 1:15 hours.....thanks to the company..

i knew this was a scam when some indian or pakistan guy told me his name was "RON SMITH". really!?
then he wanted me hurry up and get a pay voucher from CVS. i did a report with the BBB!!!!!!!!!!
waited til early in the morn b4 work and i called that number back and i t wont pick up and the answer machine says the company name as "MAGIC JACK" sta away from the ppl.

oh and the address the guy gave to us is2885 stanford st. new jersey , nj

It is a SCAM!!!!!! They told me I was approved for a loan of 1500$ and all I needed to do was give them ten percent of the loan amount. I did so, and then I got another call saying they needed more money. I told them no just forget and give me my 150$ back and they refused. It has been two weeks and they still wont refund my money. Everytime I call them to request a refund they either dont answer, and they know when your calling, or they keep telling me to give them more money and they will transfer funds to my account. Still trying to get my money back!!!!!!!!

These people are scam artists. Don't give them any info. Today his name was Daniel Thomas from America Cash Advance. It's all the same scam. I call them out then they get frustrated.

Said that I was approved for a loan from $3,000  to $7,000  with his company. Could not make out the name of the Company but he stated his name as Mike Stewart. Had an East Indian accent, hmmmm.

I don't agreed with Tiere Williams, they are not fraud, i got call from them yesterday told me that you got approved for $ 5000 and i asked i want to consolidated other debts with this loan, and they asked for show good faith amount as i haven't mention co-signer and dint go with credit check so i show $ 600 as good faith and with in 2 hour i got loan, thanks to this company. Really appreciate to help me. God bless you
