Called every half hour, loud music in background. First time they were trying to sell me some dieting product for acai berry etc.. I ignored for 3-4 times but then pickedup and told them to never call me again

calls every 10 minutes..... calling back just gets a recording that the number has been disconnected...... lucky for them, I'm ready to kill them..... are you ready this b***h!!!!!!!  f*** you

Over the last week I received calls daily on my cell and home phone. My return call got me an extention number (conclusion: business solicitation!). Continually calls, mostly, very late in the evening (after 9 pm). Call originates out of New Jersey the Informatin Operator said.  Recently I did respond to an ad for acai berry, but I deleted my information after I read the privacy policy and outrageous exspense/cost to continue to receive the product! Strange, I never ever submitted my personal information yet I am being solicited.  Interesting, a lesson learned.

I also just got a call from this number and same response as the rest of you.  I do remember giving my number for an acai berry product, but did not sign up. I saw another post related to acai berry as well.  That may be where this is originating from.

This is getting annoying and I did buy the acai berry product....

They have called me EVERY HOUR on the hour. You call the number back and it says it is not a working number!

I had pulled up a ad for acai berry but never filled out the application. I have been receiving calls from this number. Today I received 4 calls within 5 minutes. I answered the phone and it was a follow up on the ad. Somehow they traced my phone number. I told the called that I needed to have my Doctor approve using the product before I would consider trying it. The caller was polite and bought the excuse.

same thing - i have been getting calls every few hours - obnoxious!!! I did go to a site about the acai but never bought it - ridiculous that they can find you phone number and stalk you from that!!!

ps - I have my number registered on the do not call registry - this is a clear violation - they shoudl be fined!!

Recieve call at least 3x a day.  This is a number in response to a weight loss accai berry and something else.  After reading that it would cost $78.00 a month, I backed out of the page and closed the browser.  Now I am getting this call every day.  Strange that when you call this number back, a recording says that this number is no longer in service.

I received 27 missed calls from them two days ago. I was considering buying the acai product but backed out at the last minute. You know, I noticed they used Oprah's name in their advertisement.  I wonder that if she knew the tactics they are taking (annoying phone calls) and using her name in the process, if she would do something about it.  I bet she'd be pissed.  Maybe we need to email her.

We have been receiving calls from this number for 5 days and are furious. Feb 19 - 23rd so far. The home line is for emergency and family including military calls. Research reverse and also any type of info to no avail. It seems to be a cell number and online shows Level 3 Communications LLC Jersey City NJ.
We'll check back to see if anyone has had any luck and pass on any info we find.  Good luck to us all!

Dang, just posted the last post and they called me again. The woman could barely speak English and said they are indeed from the Acai Berry.  I could not hear anything she was saying because of the noise in the background.  I said I had reported her company but all she kept saying was Jackie is that you? Wheeeeew  What can be done here?

Calls every few hours or so, every day.  No one there. I call back and the phone answering system says the phone is out of order.  I have read the posts and believe it is that Acai Berry company. I looked at their website a week ago and did not order.  I have had these hang ups ever since. Please help

Yeah, my mother in-law has been having phone calls from this number, MANY calls in the last two days. She answers and there's no one there. It seemed fishy to me, so I looked it up and found this thread. It's rather annoying, but I'm not sure what to do to stop it. What's also annoying is her phone is a cell phone, so it's not like the number is registered in the phone book or even entered in to a phone list anywhere, so no solicitors should be calling it.

I read the same info on acai berry last week or so.  Did not want their offer and closed the web site.  Then I began getting these phone calls.  Switchboard.com said it was in Jersey City, New Jersey but I had to subscribe for $.99 cents or $4.99 to get the complete info.  I would not put my info in to any web site since I was once scammed by Pay Pal.

ive had the same thing happen to me, lots of phone calls and when i dialed back the number wasnt in service. i also did it for diet pills. wish they would stop calling!

I don't remember sharing my number either.

I went to the website too. I didn't sign up to buy anything though. I've gotten 8 calls since noon today.

I have been getting these calls from this # several times a day, they call about every 15 minutes. You call back and it says it is a non working #.
