Caller hung up before phone was answered, when I called the number back a recording reported all circuits were busy now.

I had the exact same problem as you. I think a class action suit should be filed against this company. I never saw anything about calling to cancel. I just wrote refused didn't order on the package they sent but apparently they say they have no way of knowing that it got back to them.

I ordered the free sample.  Pay only the shipping.  Was then charged for a membership to a fit club. ???  got that stopped.  Continued to receive product and have credit card charged.  I asked Discover card to get my money back.  They did not do it.  I am so very disappointed in both the scam and Discover card.  screwed again!

Get calls from this number all the time. nobody ever answers on the other
end when I pickup. When I call them back I only get a busy signal. Stupid

I keep receiving this call. I didn't know who it was from so I looked it up in the web and found this site.  I also ordered & received the acai berry product, but cancelled after I realized it wasn't a $4.99 charge after all.  Am I supposed to return those?

I saw your post about this being an acai berry number. Now I understand why I am getting annoying hang-up phone calls from this number from 7:30a.m. and into the day. I made the mistake of ordering this "free" product only it was not free. They took money out of my checking account--unauthorized. You can report this to the District Attorney in Florida or whatever state sends your Acai berry(I did and I guess this is why I am now getting these calls) if they have done the same to you.

Caller ID showed number 201-918-4837at 4:39 p.m. (CST).  I had cancelled my order within the 14 days and had problems understanding person. Told I would not have any futher charges on my charge card, guaranteed and was even given an employee number. This was in December, 2008.  On my statement for March, still being charged $59.95 plus web site charges of $4.95 for Inside Secrets plus a charge for $9.95 per month for Comprehensive Weight Loss Advice. These subscriptions were automatic when you placed your order.  I had also cancelled these within the 14 day trial period but charges still appear. Not only are the charges still on my card monthly, I had to contact my credit card company. The Acai Berry was cancelled but the charges each month were not.  Don't order this product, it doesn't work, just a scam.

I have NO freakin' clue who they are, what they want, or why they are calling my cell phone. Too bad it's not the great giveaway telling me I've won an all expense trip for two to Australia or better yet the Lottery telling me I've won 86 million dollars :)

and you are right, I bought for my fiance...he said he has stomach pains and cramps all the time while he uses it. I am throwing the rest out and reporting them to the Better Business !  So much for Trusting Rachel Ray...

I called the same day I rcvd my "free " sample. Got the run around from some foreign person. I finally started yelling at him...he got the hint I did not want any thing more from them and to cancel my monthly autobill for &69.95. Never again !!

I got two calls from this number. So I looked on line and found that I was not alone in dealing with these people from acai berry. I also ordered the total cleanse product and had the same problem. After cancelling with both, my credit card was charged $78.81 for one and $78.84 for the other. They won't give my money back and the credit card people said the only thing they could do was cancel my card and give me a new one. I learned a lesson the hard way I guess. These products did nothing for me at all!!!! Can't
wait until these scammer's get caught ripping people off!!

i'm tired of getting calls from this number 2019184837 when i look up on 411 it shows that its a wireless phone and says it's Cingular.. but when i finally answered them they wouldn't give me info of who they are so i hung up

Almost 2mo. ago I fought for 5min on the phone with these crazies.

No message left. I checked the number and this page came up.  I agree with KC in that the Better Business Bureau needs to be contacted.

I am getting these calss also. No one on the line when I answer. When I call it back it is busy. When I don't answer it only rings like 3 times. I have gotten about 6 calls in the last 2 days. I finally blocked the number on my phone. I also had fallen for the free trial offer with Acai berry, then reported to my credit card that I hadn't authorized the charges. When I called Acai to cancel the automatic shipments - ripoffs, I threatened to report them to the BBB. They credited 1 of the $80ish charges. What a racket.

I had two phone calls and no one on the other line. Had the same scam happen to me.

Same as everything previously mentioned.  I have not answered any calls. I did receive a $60.00 refund after angrily, repeatedly, threatening.  Same happened to my mother.

I just recei ved a call from the same number.  Thank god I used a prepay card instead of my debit card.  They are probably trying to call me because I used a prepay card and they can't get their money.

I recievied four telephone calls from this number as well. The people calling did not leave a message, but I too also ordered the acai berry pills. I canceled after I noticed 2 $70.00 debits on my bank card. What happened to the $4.99 trail period? They did refund one of those charges. Be careful of this scam.

I too received a acci berry supplement for a minimal cost and ask them to stop sending me the product.

I have been receiving calls from 201 918 4837 for the last several days. When I call the number it is a very busy signal.  The calls come later in the evening and I have received two the last two nights.

Received two calls today. They hang up before you can answer.  I too ordered the acai berry and cancelled the product after they charged me $79 they did refund me $60. The person (who did not speak English very well so I had to repeat my request several times) told me that I could never receive anything from their company again and I said that was fine with me. They were going to give me a confirmation number for the cancelation and hung up before I could get it.  So I called back several times before someone answered again and said I would receive an email confirmation. In montana.  They pulled the same here,cancelled at once after overaqe,  overcharge of $80.00 had to get new card.  What a fraud.  Send all your contacts your story, don't be embarrassed, they took us all for a ride.

Yea this place is a total scam do not deal with these people they will rob you of your hard earned dollars!!! I had to totaly cancel my card and get a new one. no lie!

I too ordered on line and I had to do it 2X  because the first order didn't process or so I thought. they charged me the $4.95 s & h 2x and a few days later they charged me about $80 I had to call and dispute it and have my credit card company send me new cards. now they keep calling and I don't know why. I will never do business with them again.
