pretty easy to find his home number for those inclined and call him around midnight tonight to discuss this with him......

find out who is running the research program.  then whitepage search them for their home phone and call them all night long..  Did that last time, calls stopped quickly...mine did not.

This company should be cited for harassment . I get calls four times. Day any time of day including Sundays.  Unbelievable that AT&T gets away with this

Received unsolicited call. My number is on a do not call list. I never should have received this call.

Stupid jerks caling at late times. Twice Friday, twice Saturday and three times Sunday go away. It's harrassment. I'm not taking your damn survey.

This phone number calls me repeatedly, about 10 times a day.  Sometimes there are only 2 or 3 minutes between calls.  Their calling machine doesn't get an answer, so it calls again, and again, and again .....!

Called again at 8:42 pm. Monday night. Isn't there rules on the hours these morons can call??  Hey employee, if we don't answer it's because we don't want to answer you f*ing questions. None of your business what goes on in our homes. I'm not wasting 20 minutes of my time on you. Get a real job!

UNKNOWN NAME called again. Fourth time this month. Again after 8:30 pm. I'm not taking your damn survey. I could use worse language but I won't go there. I live in the 508 area code so I don't know anyone in the 413 area.

Excellent point - They called me @  8:45 p.m. and did not leave a message - Very questionable practices!

Caller ID says UNKNOWN NAME. I don't believe this is CDC because when they call it's off hours. I don't answer these numbers  I refuse to give these jerks any of my time.

Caller ID says UNKNOWN NAME. No message left either. If this is really the Mass DPH, I'm sure they wouldn't call on a Saturday afternoon.

Receiving calls from this number over and over.  They claim to be Mass Dept of Health.  Caller ID is "Unknown caller".  
If you pick up, they start asking questions about household members, ages, sex, etc.  They were told we are  not comfortable answering these questions and stop calling.  They called back later in the day!
Why would anyone answer all these questions over the phone with no way to confirm and no caller ID comes up.  
I called the #, it says it's the Mass Behavioral Risk Factor Study.  Answering all those questions IS a risk.

It is disheartening to see that these complaints date back several years.  We get calls in the late evening from this number, and never answer it.  So frustrating that they call every day!  Why is this not considered harrassment?

i work in the call center if you ask too be removed you will be BUT I would ask first go too the web address www.cdc.gov/brfss and check it out . by not taking part all your doing in the long run is making sure that funding for health programs in your area are not put into areas of need .

A bi-weekly recurrent caller that I have learned to ignore on seeing caller id #.  If I thought there was a good chance I could relieve the calls by picking up and asking to be removed from caller list I would.  This site suggests that is not advised.

Call me an old-fashioned girl but I find all unsolicited calls (no matter if surreptitiously solicitous or survey-related - info or political) a sure-fire lowering of quality of life effort that I have no interest in accommodating.

This # calls me saying they are requesting information about the health of Mass. residents. I told the caller my health is none of their business and hung up., They have since called again starting out with, "We are calling again --" to which I cut them off and said STOP CALLING ME. Apparently, they note the hang up calls and attempt the calls again.

After numerous calls after 8 pm, rude people and even the threat of being fined I have had enough.  A formal complaint has been filled with the AGO.

They call 4 times per day everyday for weeks. Finally I answered and told them never to call again. He began to argue with me. I politely asked  to never call here . He was rude and refused to honor my wishes. I had to yell at him like he was a child follwed by an abrupt disconnection

How can I get them to stop??? Who has this much free time???

When I call I am greeted by the familiar female voice that many Mass State agencies use. I was a State worker before and recognize the same used voice. It is: Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance - an annual survey run by the State.

If the call is really for the sole purpose of conducting a survey, it is not covered. Only telemarketing calls are covered ? that is, calls that solicit sales of goods or services. Callers purporting to take a survey, but also offering to sell goods or services, must comply with the National Do Not Call Registry.

after the young man established I was living alone and not on a cell phone, he hung up! All I can think of is some Ted Bundy collected names as he mops the floor. Made a police report. Glad to find I have a reason for bad dreams last night.

Tired of getting these phone calls.  I don't answer, and they never leave a message.

I get at least 2 calls a day.  They called Sunday around 9 pm, but I did not answer.  Very annoying to say the least.
