this guy called my house asked for me by first name and then hung up on me!

Someone left a message on my husbands office line from this number...he identified himself as John with Contractors Management Company, said that he had some work for our company if we were interested to call someone else named Carol Briggs at 888-580-6021 - a number that is no longer in service...?!

I googled the area code and it came up Washington DC area - so I searched for that company and it came up - but the number listed for that company is no longer in service either...?!

If he's bogus, I wish he'd find some other way to entertain himself!

This person keeps calling our number.  The caller ID states "unavailable" and just leaves the
number of 202-054-1514.  He does not leave a message, but continues to call.

I wish someone who has the "power" would stop this person from bothering people and taking their time up
deleting him.

Does anyone know how to stop people who repeatedly call??  This person needs to find something more productive to do with his timel

all the coments above..... same here,  with the exception he only asks for my husband and when i say no, he's not here,  he rudely hangs up.  cant find any name online or over the phone.  grrrrrrrr!!!!!

This guy has been calling for a week now. My husband is never home when he calls and asks to speak to him. When I answer and ask who is calling he hangs up. Every time he calls he asks for my husband. When i say he is not here he hangs up. My husband is home today and were hoping he calls again soon before we go out. How can stop him from calling here. Has anyone told him off by saying if he keeps calling and hanging up he will be charged with harrassement?  If his name really is Jerry Contrell how can I report this JERK?

Came up as "caller unknown". He said his name was "Jerry Cantrell" and he asked for my husband by first name basis and asked if I was his sister. He wouldnt tell me what the call was regarding or what company he was working for or any useful informantion at all. He would simply hang up and call again. This is the 2nd day he has called us repeatedly but we can't block him cause he's using a bogus phone number. This harrassement has got to stop!

Someone at this number called tonight.  Said he worked for some Veteran's Fund Raiser and wanted a donation.  When my wife mentioned we didn't have the funds he persisted by saying they'd drop it down to a lower figure.  When wife mentioned we didn't have the funds he hung up on her.  PORTRAYING AS ANY RELATION TO VETERANS WHEN IT'S NOT TRUE OR REAL IS AGAINST FEDERAL LAW!!!  I want this person to be punished by any laws allowed!

This rude and inconsiderate freak called me two days in a row!  Last night I simply asked him who was calling and he hung up.  Then he called back again today.  I want his name and the company he works for.  Can anyone offer any suggestions?
