I just received a call from this phone number.  Agent stating he was with DEA and had an arrest warrant and search warrant for my property.  Totally garbled my name.  Obviously he was not aware that I am a criminal attorney and also practice in the federal courts.  Hung up as soon as I said this.

I just got the phone call from a James Compra.. When asked for identification and other credentials to varify who he was he got rude and said I was going to be prosecuted as a accomplice along with my husband. Number is a cell phone Sprint, account. Located in District Of Columbia. He said we would be extradited to Columbia  and prosecuted, because we were supporting  a cocaine ring that was bringing the drugs into to the United States. He got angry with my questions and said he would see me in court. I said AWESOME dude see you there NOT! Then I called the number, he asked who I was, I said a wife of a man you just threatened. I once again asked him for his credentials and name He said JAMES COMPRA
DEA representing the Dallas office of DEA ,I Looked him up on line as we spoke the REAL JAMES COMPRA is AMERICAN from NY. and does represent Dallas DEA. and does not have a SPANISH accent.I Called the office to see if they were investigating in addition to calling people and threatening them. The AMERICAN receptionist said NO,and this was not the first time she has heard of this. She said it was a SCAM and gave me a HOT LINE number to call and report the activities of the caller. HOT LINE NUMBER IS 1877-792-2873 PLEASE CALL AND REPORT THESE FOOLS. So other people don't have to be subjected to such scams and harassment. Thanks for reading my message.

Do not let them scare you, they are absolute IDIOTS with no talents or skills to make money the legal way!
There is also one other scam to lookout for that I was told about from an investigator in our local police dept.  They will call and tell you that there is a "hit" out on you and they were hired to do it.  They will tell you your address, family members names, where you work, neighbors names, etc....  All of this information can be found on the internet.  Scarey, huh????   Then they tell you that they have investigated you and feel as though you are innocent but they have to be paid $5000 now and then another in 2 weeks.
Man, whoever sits down and makes this crap up is "certifiable"!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just got the voicemail from them.  I looked up the number before calling it back. (I always do that)
I played along with them and acted scared. (I have NEVER, EVER, EVER purchased RX online or over the phone!!!)
I then asked him,  (I am NOT a racist, but this crap pisses me off!) "when did the US DEA department start hiring people who CANNOT speak clear english?"  I know that sounds bad, and for those of you out there, I honestly meant no harm.  He then said he was from Cuba, It was not a cuban accent!!  He then said I had 2 arrest warrents out on me and that I would be picked up today!! LOL!!!  Then I asked him, "Well how come my husband knows nothing about that, because he is a police officer, and don't you think he would let me know ahead of time that I was going to be arrested??
He hung up!!!!!
Something really needs to be done about these people!  And I truely believe that they are getting access to our pharmacies databases because EVERYTIME I get one filled not by phone or online), within a day or so I get calls like this.
I really hope that more people read these sites so that they don't fall for this GARBAGE!!
Meanwhile......I will wait for the police to come get me!!  LOL!!!

One last thing...this scam has been played for a couple years.  What these idiots don't get is that the Department of Justice is totally on to them. They were on tothem in 2010 and still are in 2012.  They don't take kindly to people impersonating federal agents and will keep on top of this until they are caught.

Hmmm James Collins...Jim Morris?  See a pattern? And you mean cooperate not colaberate.  Clearly you are terrible at scamming people AND the english language.  BTW Jame Collins you were right about one thing...don't mess with the DEA because impersonating a federal agent is a federal offense.  You will be subject to a stay in a nice cell in federal prison and then deportation.  Adios!

Remember, we live in America.  Our judicial system requires due process.  The DEA would NEVER require you to pay money without a proceeding to establish guilt.  Do not send these idiots money.  this is extortion and should be reported

You are an idiot...you must actually be the guy doing the scamming.  DEA would never do this.  You need to improve your English writing tremendously.

I had read all your comments here AFTER I returned the call. Luckily he didn't answer and I had to leave a message. When he called back, I confronted him and said " I bet you want me to send you money to keep your mouth shut about some phoney prescription site" and he chuckled and said well it's not really that but,.....and I said. "Good, then quit callling me or just come arrest me".
He told me I made his day and he was issuing a warrant right away for prosecution. What a phoney so and so. Not even a central switchboard for a DC federal office???
Guess I'll wait for the feds to come arrest me for something I've never done. These sites keep calling me all the time to buy prescriptions. I wish I could block them all.

Just got three calls, including a voicemail from this guy.  Same routine as with the three posters above.  It's the "DEA" fraud/extortion scheme that's been going around for a while.  Either report it at the link above or ignore it, but by no means go along with it.

Thank you for your warning.  They called me and tried to get me to wire money.  Agent Morris talked a pretty good game.  While on the phone, I googled the phone number he was calling from and read your warning.  Thank you, thank you, thank you.  I have now blocked his call.

I too got a call from this person.  Said I bought pharmacy drugs from an off shore distributor and I am going to be prosecuted.  They are a total scam.  He is trying to extort money.  Be aware this is criminal activity and they should be reported.  Don't fall for this scam.

Do not get scammed by this number or these people.  They will tell you they are from the DEA and to prevent them from prosecuting you can send them money by wire transfer.  The "agent" says his name is Jim Morris.  Actually he is pretty lame and stupid.  Ask him common sense questions and he confirms he is a fraud and scam. Go to this web site for more information on these scammers and what you should do.  DO NOT SEND THEM MONEY
