There is a fairly common IRS or "tax scam" being practiced by scammers in both Canada and the USA.

The call I received was "from the IRS" about a matter of extreme time importance. The voice was either electronically masked or generated. The call was supposedly from an officer Helen Gray. Pretty sure it's a scam, as the IRS communicates via US mail. They also don't ed phone calls with "take care" as the final words.
