Prime Mail is contracted by Blue Cross. When I was a customer they offered to call my doctor to clarify a prescription. What I did not know is that they would charge me $25, a service that Walmart provides at no cost. They have been calling me for more than two years, twice a month. They also sent a dunning notice once a month. I asked Blue Cross to resolve this. They did not. So, I cancelled Blue Cross.
