Keep getting phone calls saying that govt. grant money is there for me just pay a processing fee, this has been going on for months. I keep telling him stop calling me. He(strong indian) accent said money is mine do what ever I want with it.  Today was the breaking moment. I yelled and told him to stop or i would contact a lawyer, his. Comment 3times said F.You only with the other 3 letters included. 202-280-7799

Says IRS has issued arrest warrant and I need to call him back today. 202-241-4952. Searched it and
it is a Washington d.c. number. Called back got no answer. Lol. What a surprise

This guy has been calling me multiple times with different numbers but all starting with 202 for the past few weeks demanding money and threatening arrest by home security... These guys really need to be caught for their constant harassmeng

It happened to me too!

Got a call from him yesterday, he had a thick accent, told me there was a warrant for me and my family. He called back a few times after I hung up, so I called him back, he answered "Hello" then I knew it was not real. Reported Max to the Attorney General, advised by local police to do so.

Agent Logan Smith called me too. Evidently there is a warrant out for my arrest... He claims to be from the Department of Justice of the United States of America. Look out Agent Smith I've reported you to the real Dept. of Justice for Fraud.

I got these calls too....the accent is ***Not*** Indian  (I'm Indian and I know)....it;s Pakistani..... Indians make more than an honest living in the US:)

Logan called me stating he was from the irs if I didn't pay 2900 they were sending an officer to my house in 30 minutes to arrest me. StAted I couldn't have my CPA or a lawyer present in my home I called the police filed a repot and will call my local irs to report them  when I called them back and told them I knew it was a scam he (Logan ) called me an a***ole and hung up on me!

YMAX is not the identity of the caller.  It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of magicJack and supplies the phone numbers for magicJack users.  These devices can be assigned numbers in the Washington, DC area or elsewhere at a device owner's request and then be plugged into an internet connection anywhere in the world to call the US and Canada for little or no cost.

You might contact YMAX to report the abuse of this user.  They can shut his device off completely, and I've read a number of reports that indicate that they respond and act on reports of abuse by users.

Yep Agent Logan Smith is trying to collect in California as well.   Got his garbled vm today -- "very important that i call him back".    Sure buddy I'll get right on that...

they left vm to my home phone claiming that i have arest warant and can resolve the problem with driver licance and $1960.00
cash or electronicly transfer check in one hour.

Received 2 calls today from 202-506-9060 claiming to be IRS.  They ask for my husband and wanted me to take a phone number to have him return their call.  I did a reverse phone number search and read about their scams.  The second time they called I told them that they should stop calling with their scam.

I was called, and together with my wife threatened with immediate imprisonment for five years, followed by deportation to my/our "country of origin!" The police was supposedly on its way to arrest us-- that was an hour and a half ago, and I'm still waiting. Shame on these criminals. Apart from anything else, "Logan Smith" needs to learn better English.

This caller has very heavy accent. He claims that he is a federal agent calling because I have committed a federal crime. He left this direct phone number 1-202-241-4151 so I could call him back and reach him directly. I could not understand his name or the rest of the message. Only things I could understand was this phone number and the federal agent part of the message. Very strange.

Got a voice mail. Claims  name is Logan Smith but heavy accent (indian ?). Claims I have comitted tax fraud and I should call him back at this number. Caller Id shows Call from District of Columbia MBI.  Obviously sounds (is) PHONY and most likely same guy(s) as above.

Called me too threatening to send police and said there was a warrant out for my arrest for criminal activity. Right after he had called for a wrong number!! Yeah, I'm an idiot....NOT!! Heavy accent, maybe from India? Agent Logan Smith? HA!!

They are calling in New York too. Claiming themselves as federal agent and threatening to send police. They change accent every time you call them. After I told them that they have been reported and their ip addresses logged, they claim to be selling pizza. Bunch of stupid people with a little IQ for these things... Hahah

Received a call from 202-241-4151 claiming to be from IRS.
The caller claiming to be an investigation officer said they are going to send someone to my house to collect the amount I owe to  IRS!
Seriously? Really?
The ONLY option they gave me was to go 7-11 or CVS right away and buy "vanilla reload network" cards and hand them over to fake IRS people coming to collect them!
