It is unknown, heavy foreign accent and I told them not to call again.

This number calls me almost daily....I have asked them politely to stop...I have asked for their supervisor...
Supposedly some insurance compensation available to me...I know it's a scam.
I have been hung up on several times....Today I was cursed at and called a F***** Bi***, told to F*** myself.
