Never answer calls from numbers you don't know.

I am receiving multiple calls ,telling me to call back when i call back its for someone who ows money to a bank not me,i tell them its not me and they keep on calling, oriental auto and bilbao biscalla bank 787 777 7775

THIS number called twice. No message left.  I have found out that non-profit companies can still retrieve unpublished phone numbers.  How this company got my cell ? That is what I want to know.

This is IC Systems, a collection agency for bank cards that have been written off. Told them they reap what the sow. In 2007 I paid off 3.5 million in small business loans, had an 830 FICO score, and had ran my own business that employed 30 people for over 16 years. Then the banks decided not to make small business loans any longer because they had taken bad risks on buying up junk mortgages. After losing several big contracts because I couldn't purchase enough raw materials, I was forced to close my business and lay off all my employees. Now I can’t pay them back… their loss. They made their bed. They can get a judgement against me, but can’t attach what isn’t there. By law they can’t take my medicaid and foodstamps, so screw them. I also advised my employees not to bankrupt themselves trying to pay these crooks, they got our tax $$$ with the TARP (JP Morgan/Chase) bailout.

They will call from multiple numbers in different area codes trying to get you to answer their calls. This is from a company called IC systems. They claim to be a bill collector but i dont owe anyone so it is probably a scam.

I received this call from this number on January, 21, 2011, I don't know this people, They call mi at 8:53 pm. I said hello an couple time, and they did'nt anwer. I live in Puerto Rico, and I don't know who's this agency is. They call them self "IC system" area code 202-367-9142. They seem to be from some place from washington. I am an lawyer by profession, and I am for sure going to find out who this people are..
I have never lived in Washington, so who ever is behind this, I am going to find out...................

starting yesterday i was getting calls from this number and i dont answer but i am tired of another number calling me also.

can it be the same people from a different area for the same thing.

This is outrageous for this company to call you up to 8 times a day, when you tell them the same thing.  This company is working for Chase Bank, who WILL NOT work their customers, in agreeing to a lower payment. I was even told by a Chase Bank employee to let my payments get 3 months behind to quality for a "hardship payment" plan.  Guess what......Chase Bank will not honor, or agree to a lower payment over a period of time, but STILL continue to charge outrageous interest rates, over limit fees, etc..  Whoever heard of a company WHO DOES NOT want their money.  Both IC and Chase are IMPOSSIBLE to deal with.  Comment above, you are EXACTLY right, they already received their money from the Gov't bailout (Chase Bank), Chase Bank has made national news in my area, how they double  payments "so the customer can benefit in paying off their accounts sooner"  the only one benefiting from these unscrupelous practices is CHASE BANK.  IC System get some pride, and integrity and work with someone who is willing to work with their customers, since you have NO control on the accounts, CHASE HAS THE FINAL AUTHORITY, and that answer is ALWAYS NO!

Best solution is to just ignore these people and never answer your phone if IC System comes up in caller ID... If it's that important they can leave a voicemail. But they never do... screw em!

Got a call from this number. At first a male answered in very broken English and asked for a name close to mine. Then a female came on the phone, also with very bad English and asked for the same wrong name. When I said she was close but incorrect, she asked what my address was and I asked why. She would not tell me what she wanted but kept asking for personal information in very poor English. I belive this is a scammer trying to get something. I reported the number to my phone company. I have not lived near 202 area code since 1974.

I am recieving calls from this number with no message left starting on 2/1/2010.
