The whole idea is to get you to put up your money first and then they will wire it to you.  Well, after they get your money, you don't need to think they're going to send back what you were trying to borrow.  These people need to get a life.  I'm sick and tired of jerks like this constantly ripping people off and getting away with it.  It's really very irritating.

I need to know where this number originates.  They give me all of their information before they even take any information from me to make it all look legitimate.  Their reason for asking for a deposit is because they have to make sure that you're going to stick to your word and guarantee that the money will be paid back.  So, from what they told me, the number is in Washington, DC.

I just got the same call and went through the spiel about Western Union, then he tells me because my credit score is so low, I will have to pay $240 in order to get $2000.  He kept asking me if the payment of $180 a month was going to be paid back without difficulty and I assured him that everything would be fine.  After I thought about it, I called him back and asked him how he managed to obtain my credit report when I NEVER gave him permission to pull it.  He replied that all he has to do is enter my name, social, etc. and he doesn't need my permission.  I told him that by law, he certainly does need my permission.  So, if my score wasn't low enough, it's even lower now because he got information he wasn't entitled to.  After all is said and done he breaks the news to you that you will have to put up $240.  After all my information has been given to him, now I'm nervous. He assured me that my information wouldn't go anywhere.  I told him that he had an obligation to inform me early on into the application and I would not have gone any further.  I'm reporting him to the FBI and my local attorney general's office.  It's my belief that they are looking for people with a decent credit score in order to steal their identity.  I'm livid right now and out for blood!

Yes, I got a call from these scammers too.  They want to give me a loan and first they tell me I qualify for 5000 dollars, then they get back on the phone and say my credit is bad and they can't do direct deposit but they can still do the loan through Western Union.  But here is the scam -- I have to give them a deposit for 245 dollars before they will release my "5000 dollars".  Well, they must be out of their *%## mind if they think I am falling for that bs, I work too hard for the little money.  Ain't got no time for that in my life now or ever.

I got the same call as Teisha.  $3,000 loan at 7.5% intrest for 12 months with a payment of  $270 a month.  He said his name was Oscar Raymond from Advance Paydday Loans..  He also gave me and address in Washington DC and the above phone number.  I was always told if it sounds to good to be true, it probably is.  I was hesitate and I told him there are so many scam going around I was not sure about giving him anymore of my information.  I did give him my mailing address and wished I hadn't.  After I questioned him about this being a scam and he insured me it wasn't, then he politely hung up the phone.  I googled this phone number and this is what I found.  I also told him I was looking up the site he gave me:  www.Creditloansources.com, the site was there but, I didn't see anything about Advance Payday Loans.  The site that was refrenced on that page, he knew nothing about it.  I'm so glad I didn't give out anymore information.  He did sound like an India native and he was hard to understand.  I think he called me the night before saying I had applied for a auto loan but, I hadn't.

Danny glad I found this page and chose to do a little research before calling the 202-379-1931 phone number back to give them confirmation to steal my money out of my bank. The U.S. should track them down and prosecute. They offered me 3000.00 with a monthly payment of 270.00 for the next 12 months. He was an Indian native and I couldn't understand much he was saying but his name was Victor Fields that was a red flag for me right there!!

This number claimed they would offer a 2000.00 loan with a 7% interest to someone I know but made them pay 199.00 first by western union (probably to avoid tracking) to ensure they could pay it back. Afterward, they charged them a 22% wire charge because they claimed it was "such a large amount of money." The person paid 285.00 wire charge through western union and their loan money never came in! This is a scam and be careful so that you do not fall victim!
