Same, Officer Randy (sounds like) Fair-vis?  Something about a (again, sounds like) second price award? pending in my name.  Call back rings about 10 times then gets an automated voicemail that only says,"leave a message at the tone."

I just received the same phone call, did you find out any info on it?  I tried calling it back but all I got was an answering machine.

received a message from someone saying they were  "Officer Randy (Could make out last name) from dept of commerce in Washington DC" and something about an unclaimed prize
