Got a call from this number at 10:31 am this morning at my home in Philadelphia. I called the number back, and I could tell that someone was there, but would not answer as I asked who's calling. They hung up, and I called the number back and got the message that this number is no longer in service.

I keep receiving calls from this number on all 3 of my phones. All 3 of my phones are on the DO NOT CALL LIST. How can I take action against this entity?

Asked for me by name, identified as health department. I hung up (I don't live in DC), and called back. Got the disconnect message noted above; dialed it again and got a nice gentleman who was not at all the same person that called me. Have no idea who this is.

I asked who this was and how they got my number, the lady hung up. Tried calling them back (immediately) and got a recording saying the number was no longer in service.
