Huckabee survey or Palin of some sort. Of course it's your government handing/selling your phone numbers to any and all who want the mighty "Do Not Call" list. Every thing is for sale. Just ask Ted Stevens and the gang.

I thought it was the law for telemarketers not if you are on the "DO NOT CALL LIST"!!! Why it has the Government is not going to enforce it?

When will you people look at the rules of DO NOT CALL? Political calls are exempt. Charity solicitations are exempt. If you did a little research, you would find that these bozos are not affiliated with the people they are calling about. Even the poorest campaigns are better funded than these bozos, but they are sneaking in under the political/charity umbrella.

It's from the american institute for cancer research and is seeking donations. Check with the Better Business Bureau before donating.

Wow, Washington DC! Calling me?! I didn't realize that a city could call. We do not answer calls like this.

repeatedly calls and when I pick up there is no one on the line.  they dont leave a message when I choose not to answer.

Why waste your time calling? Who's going to answer a call from CC0309AD 202-461-3451. I suppose the hope is an elder might pick up the phone so they can be scammed...

This is obviously a generic polling company hired by candidates' pollsters.  I have a -voicemail-only number that I can't 'answer'... but they persist in calling.

CALL YOUR TELEPHONE COMPANY... and ask them to block this number. I complained mightily to my telco and they said they'd 'attempt' to block the number (esp. since I cannot answer, it's just a voicemail).

Fight for privacy rights... demand 'opt-in' laws, -not- 'opt-out'. "Opt-in" means you have to agree to take this crap... but you don't have to opt-in. "Opt-out" means you'll have thousands of annoyances to opt-out of... until they establish a -universal- opt-out list, that all telemarketers, pollsters, mail, and email, and ETC., annoyances have to abide by.  WE ARE NOT BUSINESS ASSETS to be acquired, owned, sold or traded... our phone numbers, Internet connections and personal information belong to ourselves and no one else.  It is NOT 'free speech' to shove 'spam' down our Internet connections to our email boxes. We PAY for connections... that makes them OUR property, not a pipeline for marketers, pollsters, etc. That means they steal our property, our bandwidth, our data transfer quotas when we have to wade through their junk. That's illegal. Free speech is public... they don't have the right to stand on our property and shout their spiel.

Called at dinner time. I hate these kind of calls. stupid survey about the government. These people should have a little more respect.

Received several calls from this number, I'm on the do not call list. Have not answered it yet.

I got a call that said the same thing, I said yes and got the same response, end of call.

I did not answer this, but they did leave a message. It's a political survey.

On the message, they asked if I have a favorable opinion of Gov. Sarah Palin! Odd question to ask me, considering that I don't live in Alaska, and it's been several months since the presidential election that she didn't win.

They said they might call back!

We are on the national DNC list. Rec'd calls from this number. Did not answer.

I received a call on 3/3/09 around 6:30pm it said NH then it said this is a public call and we will call back at a later time. I tried to call back the number using a 1 in front of the area code and nothing happen it didn't even ring.

I got a call from this number,  automated poll,  question was,  Do I approve of Governor Sarah Palin.  Said NO.  end of questions.
