Calls repeatedly

Political robocall for county executive primary race in Nassau County (Suozzi)

I answered and got a recording. Something about AFL-CIO and pensions. I hung up. I am on teh do not call list. Why did they call??

2nd call from this number in spanish no. less as i dont speak the language and its annoying in whatever language .I guess the do not call list only applies to certain people

Political advertising. President Clinton telling NJ voters to support Bob Menendes for senate. I'm furious that this call came at 6:23am just minutes after getting power back from hurricane Sandy damage. We have been without power 6 days. They have now called an additional 3 times today. Enough is enough!! Love you Bill but that Menendez guy ain't getting my vote this time around.

These appear to be political calls. Ignore them... Election Day is just a few days away. If you want to make a difference, listen carefully to the message, figure out which candidate is involved and contact that candicate or his/her website.  Let them know their calls are irritating their potential voters.

I received a phone call today, the fourth in as many days, regarding a referedum in Georgia about a bill related to transportation. I live in Ohio.

There has got to be a way to block these ridiculous calls or trace them back to a specific group or candidate.

some sort of criminal organization calling to coerce individuals into a 10% of their income by voting for a $18.5billion dollar transportation boondoggle.

Leave me alone, already!  No less than 3 calls a day!

It was a Rebublican Party candidate.

This number continously calls several times a day.

My phone company lets me block unwanted calls that I select. Received two calls in 30 minutes, blocked them on all phone numbers with my provider and now it is piece and quiet in my home.

If everyone who get this phone call would go to LINX Communication wed site and email them and tell them to stop these robo call it would fill up their in box in no time    It way be the only way to stop them The Do Not Call List does not work    The reason it does not work is because noting happen to the callers there not teeth in it

Is there any way to stop these calls.  They should know how angry they are making people.  This does not  help their cause one bit. I am on the do not call list, so I wonder if that really means anything.

I let it go to voicemail, it says "on Jul 31st' and then hangs up

Please be advised that i am receiving unauthorized calls from the above number 202 - 478 -8088. i am on the do not call registry list. i am not interested in their business especially since they reflect linx commnctns.i want them to stop immediately calling my home

David OH running for Philadelphia PA City Council (Republican) being trashed by un-named opponents on a cal that originated in Washington DC

received a phone call telling me about a 10% reduction in my gas bill.  Asked too many questions and did not trust them.  told them to send me written material and they did not seem to like that.

The do not call list allows for three exceptions.
1) companies you have done business with
2) charities
3) political campaigns (because politicians wrote the law)

This number called me three times in a 30-minute time span.  It is Linx Communications.

This is the 2nd phone call I have received today 8-23-10 from LINX COMMNCTNS.
I did answer it and it was a recorded message so I hung up!
My phone number is UNLISTED as I DO NOT WANT ANY OF THESE TYPE OF PHONE CALLS!!
THIS IS INVADING MY PRIVACY!!!
My phone is also on the DO NOT CALL LSIT!!
I THINK THAT COMPUTER CALLING/ROBO CALLING SHOULD BE ILLEGAL FOR EVERYONE!!

Political ad...4th one I have received in 2 days.  It's a shame that these calls do not apply to the Do Not Call list because they are just as annoying as telemarketers.

can any of you tell me if the msg was "approved" or "sponsored" by the democratic party?

Just got a call from this number to find out it was a political campaign ad; hung up after like 2 seconds.

Political call  - didn't announce who they were, just went into the message. Had to get their info off of my caller I.D.

Urging me to vote tomorrow.

No message left, don't recognize the comany name.

Caller ID lists Linx Communications  www.linxcom.com. They sell robocalling services to politicians and anyone else with a message and a need to annoy. My calls were on behalf of NJ Congressman John Adler.
