I received a call from 202-495-7180, (ESASOL) offering a cruise for two and  I took the 7 question survey.
Now I am wondering if this company is legal.

This agency Etasol is suppose to be sending me a confimation ticket for the cruise.  I will report them to.

Got a call from them as well - Estasol. Started off, recording telling me to hold on.  I did just to talk to a live person, but no, it was a recording with phone answered questions.  I answered ten questions - which I intentionally answered each one wrong.  Then asked for me to press "1"  for my contact information to get my "cruise tickets" I did.  I was connected to a live agent.

I told this Indian sounding man "I just wanted to reach a live person so I can ask for you to take me off your list"

I was immediately hung up on.  That is it.  Fraudulent company to say the least!

stop calling and remove me frome the list

Calls constantly I want it to stop---I am on the do not call list.  I will report them if I receive any more calls from them.

I have missed both calls from them and called back.  It says "thank you for calling back" then asks to be put on a do not call list.  I have chosen that option twice, and they keep calling.  I will be reporting this number if I receive another call

When I ask who they are, they hang up. They call at least 4 times a day, every day.

N.S.B.A. credit card offer. They have called under several numbers. I filed a formal complaint with FCC.

Thought this had quit, wrong! On new private #, what a joke, sounds like an inside JOB to me!

Keep getting almost daily calls from this number. Always no message left.

automated system saying i would win a free cruise to bahamas if i answer some questions.

i got a call about 15 min ago telling me that i have won a cruse for 2 and to answer question so i did and i answer them all wrong and then they told me to hand on for 10 seconds to talk to someone and then it said so to the web site www.svclaims.com to get my tickets and there wasnt anything there.and they said that someone would be calling me back in 48 to 72 hours.

got call from this attendant.  Was automated in response.  Prob some type of marketer.

its not shady been on cruise had a blast once we got to the phillipines full nudity was allowed had a good time got a little sun burnt tho came back blacker then when i left

got the same call was very interested in the cruise turned out to be a coed cruise i wanted only male i also think it might be a little shady

caller said i won a free trip to an all male cruise packkage.  but i had to buy a yearly subscription to jenna's toy box to get it.  he sounded very hispanic

Something about wanting me to take a survey from free cruise tickets but it kept saying over and over again that I need to press one.

Caller ID said Washington, DC.  My answering machine message played, but caller did not leave message at 2:53 pm EST.

Called today and left a recorded message.  Since it went to an automated attendent the full message was not there, but they wanted me to call an 866 number.

Got a pop up on my AT&T cellphone with this number.  I am on the donotcall list but what company follows the rules anyway.
