I talked with a lady named Jamie who said she was calling from Financial Crime Unit in Washington, D.C. This is the 2nd time I have gotten a call from them and the first time I settled with them for $770. Now they are calling again over the same issue that I already paid off. I give them the confirmation number and she says she will look into it but I still need to make a payment today by 4:30 or I will have a warrant for my arrest. If this was true then I should be getting a call from the county that the debt took place in, which was in Texas not Washington, D.C.! This is illegal and now I will be suing for my money back!

I also received threatening messages from this company about trying to collect on a payday loan debt that I had in 2008??  When I questioned the debt the Kelly Pierce lady got very angry and told me that she was doing me a favor and putting her job on the line by extending the time for me to make the payment, and that if I didn't pay 670.00 by 5pm a warrant would be issued for me. So I panicked and paid the money. I spoke with several people,  Kelly Pierce, Amy Walters, Christina Clark, and a Mrs. Wells. They even called me back after the payment had posted and thanked me and emailed me a receipt. Now I have the hassle of trying to get my 670.00 dollars back.

Same thing they had my name spelled wrong and everything..  Definitely fraud

If you receive a phone call from this number, report it to your local Police and/or Sheriff's Department.  By filing a report, it will raise a flag for your personal records (i.e. Credit Reports, Public Records, Internal Revenue Service, Health Records) for any unusual activity and they can also put a trace on your phone line to track prank caller.  

Unfortunately now with Internet, they are a lot of Cyber/Identity Crimes; do not be afraid nor hesitate to file a report immediately to protect yourself, whether you have good, bad, or poor credit.

I just got the same call...very rude and attempting to scare me to death about something I have no idea about! Said I wont have tomorrow because someone is coming to get me for financial crimes? This HAS to be a scam....Im too broke to be in financial crime trouble!

Update- So I called and talked to some lady whop refused to tell me the name of the company they are calling from. She told me to Google "Financial Crimes Unit". Told her there is no such company and she said maybe I was spelling it wrong (LOL). I I told her the attorney I work with wanted the company name and address because their voicemails they leave are ILLEGAL and she started screaming hysterically. I told her to remove my phone # from their system and disconnected the call.

I got the same voicemail which is ILLEGAL. They cannot disclose such information and all it is is a collector practicing illegal tactics

I received the same message, stating I had felony warrents and to contact them to resolve the issue. If you have felony warrents theres no resolving them.

I did too, i think if you have felony warrants they won't warn you. And i know i havent done anything for one. Scam!

Received calls from this number and message left stating I had 2 felony warrants about to be issued today and I needed to contact their legal department.Really?
