I RECIEVED A CALL FROM  202 506 8939 AND 202 506 9505  CLAIMING TO BE THE IRS AND WE HAVE A TAX LEIN ...LICENSE SUSPENDED ..WARRANTS FOR ARREST FOR TAX  TAKING OUR HOME AND FREEZING OUR ACCOUNTS AND SO ONE...VERY RUDE AND VERY DEMANDING....CONTACTED  AT&T AND LOCAL POLICE AND IRS ....THESE ARE SCAM  TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU AND THEY ARE CALLING FROM FOREIGN COUNTRY ..DO NOT ANSWER AND DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY INFORMATION ......

Folks, this is a SCAM and he needs to be stopped!!!  He contacted my mother who is ill and just recently got out of hospital and told her she was going to jail.  Stated he was from IRS and named off all of her children and other private information that he should have.  People, you need to report him from this site and do it properly as it looks to be that it has been going on with this same person.  He needs to be stopped!!!!  

A male caller with a heavy Indian accent asked for me by name and asked the name of my ?criminal? lawyer.  I asked why do I need a criminal lawyer.  He then asked, ?who is going to represent you inside the courthouse??   To which I replied, ?Why do I need to be represented inside a courthouse??  He responded, ?Because you are being sued.?  Apparently, he is suing me on behalf of the IRS for tax evasion and tax deficiency.  I told him this is the first I had heard of it.  I didn't get into if he had my correct address or not, since I could tell he was attempting to scam me.  I told him I don?t have a lawyer?s name to give him to which he replied that I would be taken into custody in the next 45 minutes and then hung up on me.  I called the number back shortly after his call and the person on the other end, who sounded a lot like the person who called me, answered ?IRS, how can I help you??  I wonder, do the Windows Tech Support scammers start out there then get promoted to the IRS Scam section or is it the other way around.  My very first call of this type by the way.  And now this number gets added to my block list,

2025068939 called just after midday claiming to be the IRS.  He male caller asked for me by name and said they were initiating a case for tax evasion and tax deficiency.  They wanted the name of my "criminal" lawyer.  I asked his name and he said it was Aron Thompson. He also confirmed his phone number.  I said how could I be taken to court without a prior tax audit.  He said the IRS had sent me two notices last December and I had not responded.  When I questioned the address he had my actual address. He then told me that within 45 minutes federal officers would be at my home to cease all personal property.  When I asked him which tax account it was in relation to at which point the line was cut. I phoned back and he (or someone) answered IRS.  I phoned back 30 minutes later and again he answered IRS.  I said that was not correct and that I was IRS and that in 30 minutes the federal agents would be at his location to arrest him for impersonating a federal officer and attempted fraud.  He just started repeating all this back to me as if he was completely out of his mind. Then he started with pornographic comments.  I told him he sounded insane and then I thanked him for staying on the line long enough for the police to trace the call. I then suggested he pack all his belonging and leave as fast as possible.

Extremely rude and threatening.  Left voicemails for me on my cell, at work and even called my sister.   Wished me "luck" if I didn't return the call.  I called back and there was no answer.   Read on-line that this is a scam.   Did not identify a company or reason for the call.

Most of these scams run out of California. Just ignore, they got your information by hook or crook, but this is a complete scam.

Man says his name is Sean (or Shawn) Carter. Very heavy accent. Says I owe money on a payday loan and if I don't make arrangements to pay immediately, I will be arrested. He gets very loud and rude! Yells at me! I have told him to stop calling but he continues! I have filed a complaint with the Attorney General's office.  The really scary thing is, he has information about me. Apparently they have "hacked" into computer information somewhere!

Michael White called me too and when I called back he screamed like crazy said sheriff would arrest me in 24 hours guess what I told him it was against the law to threaten people and if he called me again I report him....havent heard from him now in 2 days. Oh to make matters worse he used the same line all I can do is wish you well god bless. I decided to call him back for his information he would not give it and I traced the number belong to a indian gentlemen in D.C. Lets see how long this last. I also call blocked his number.

I have received calls from this same man.. Mark White, Michael White, also Kevin Matthews supposedly the supervisor! threatening the same if I don't pay them 595$ by western union or money gram that they are going to arrest me for some payday loan... I did a few weeks ago go online and try to apply for a loan.. denied because I live in west virginia and they are apparently illegal in this state... so I know from experience unfortunately jthat this is a scam.. I did talk to the guy to get information from him, then called the local police.. when he called back I told him I had talked to the cops and that I never received a loan and that infact didn't even have the bank account open when the loan supposedly was deposited... I know its my fault because I went online and put in my information..but I didnt ask for some guys from a differrent damn country to call and harrass me!!  I will not accept calls from them anymore.. unless its to let my little girl squeal into the phone at a very high pitch!! lol... a few other numbers that have called me are area code 276---760---427---

Please do not answer this call!!!! Same guy Michael White called my house last night for my husband. Tried using the same payday loan scam but he also knew my name and my sister-in-laws name! He even threatened to summons us to court. Then before rudely cursing him out, he threatened to KILL his entire family on Monday morning! What a friggen WACKO!!! Please contact your local police dept. to report this creep. By law they have to make a report of harassing phone calls. Hopefully if enough people complain he'll be stopped.

some  are landlines...many  are  cell phones...some  are  spoofed  and  linked  to  offshore foreign countries !!!!
we've  traced  back  most  of  these  numbers  to  offshore  foreign    call centers  in  INDIA /  THAILAND  ETC....

here's a  few  other  numbers  posted  from  the   same  area  code  offering a  wide  variety  of  scams  /  collecting  for  non  existant  "  payday  loans "....free  money / scam  giveaways /  $1,000's  in  free  gov't  money.........  etc  etc.....stories  change  out  all the  time......and  the  usual  nonsense!!!

North Dakota -- Be careful in contacting the guy below who says he's a police officer...he may or may not be who/what he says he is.

I am a police officer investigating this scam in my town. Which police department did you contact? I would like to compare notes.

yea he called me today...its a scam. My husband called US Government they forwarded to FBI saying this is a scam and do not answer their calls....ugh

Just received a voicemail at work from a guy saying his name was Michael White, very thick accent, he was talking almost in a stern, aggressive tone, a dog barked in the background.  I could barely make out what he was saying, but I think he did say he was at the justice department and something about wishing me luck if I ignore the call.  I will not return this call.

CALLED FROM dept of justice saying he was going to arrest us for not paying a payday loan

They called me on 2-20-12 an indian dude saying he was from the dept of justice and that we woudl be arrested if we did not pay but would not give us any info on what to pay or where to pay.  he even called my mother and she said i cant understand you speak english he said i am she said well i cant understand you and then asked for his supervisor, which of course he said he cant do .. then he said he would be sending federal officers to arrest me and my mother and our whole family she hung up.

he called me 6 times in rapid succession when i told him this is crap and fk you when he called second time i SCREAMED AS LOUD AS I COULD FK YOU!!!!! AS LONG AS MY BREATH HELD  and this idiot still tried to talk over me saying why did you hang up on me why why and so i just stopped answering after 6 unanswered calls he stsopped and then called my mother !! lol we are not stupid. i told mother to tell him to send those officers and arrest us cuz CLUB FED (ie: federal pen) is very nice and i dont have to worry bout laundry work or food and bills so im down with it . lol let him come and get me over a payday loan that THE JUSTICE DEPARTMENT  is trying to collect for a payday loan RIGHT !!

the same guy has called me and has been harasing me all day. He is very rude and threating to send me to jail. Knowing i was not late or not paid a loan i called the police, now have an envisagation against them everybody do the same please lets stop these guy now!!!!!!!!!!!! whats wrong with people get a real JOB!!!!!! is there any thing else that we should be doing to help put these people behind bars???

They called here and left a message which was very unclear.  The only thing I could make out was "nothing I can do and wish you luck".  Definately Indian.  Funny thing is that after they left the message they called right back here looking for a Jeffrey Baum.  Definately a scam.

They have many different numbers and many different scams. I don't know what to do with them any more. I have no idea where they got my info but I feel like taking a plant to India and going postal on them, I've had enough.

They called me at work and my cell phone, i found out that they are scam so i don't answer my phone.

Say i owe money to a payday loan company

They are treating to put me in jail for a pyday loan that I know nothing about - very rude and appear to be India or not a Us accent

They keep calling..and at 6:30am at that! When I asked him nicely to not call so early, he decided to be overly rude and talk over me really loud asking me to repeat his name and number,,,this isn't the first time they've called..and today they officially pissed me off! They lie about their names and what company their from?so do not answer!
