This man is still at it. He called my mom in spanish of course and demanded $658.88 also posing as the electric company in the city of Turlock, California. TID is the electric company. He said that if the money wasnt paid within an hour that our service was gonna be shut off. I immediately called TID to ask about this caller who identified himself as Martin Stuart and was told it was all a scam. Cant believe he has been doing this since 2013 with the same phone number of 202-524-0295.

It's a scam!!! My mom gave me a message to call because "Pepco" was going to discontinue service; so i called them back and the man gave me the same story to buy the Greendot MoneyPak, call them back and provide them with some kind of serial number.  I immediately called Pepco to verify if they had actually called which they told me they did not.  Then i googled Greendot MoneyPak and confirmed that it was some kind of scam.  I called the man back and told him that if he ever called again i was calling the police on them.  He insisted he was calling from Pepco and threated me to cut the service within 4 days if the monitor was not replaced within that time.  He really had a nerve!!!

today I receive a call from a Martie collecting money from Pepco. He spoke Spanish and demanded that I pay today 250.00. that there is problem with my meter....this is all a scam. my due date is not up yet... h rush me to pay the money pak card to pay him right alway...something didn't sound right....he called so many times today rusing me to pay...THIS IS ALL A SCAM..

I also got a call from a Martie that supposly is from Peco...he called so much that I had dout feeling.. he said that I had to pay today "Saturday" $250 to advoid my service from blowing up. After I came back from buying the money pack card I called him back and told him that why is it that he is calling from a number that is not on my bill...he than said that he will call me from Pepco  number guess what he did...but this is ALLL a SCAM....please don't fall for this pass the word around cause once you pay YOUR money its gone and is not even towards your bill but to this scam people that cant get a real job....PLEASE DONT FALL FOR THIS CALL YOUR PEPCO SERVICE TO PAY YOUR BILL...

Got a message from this number saying that they were from the city
Of Austin and that I had to deposit $250 dollars to a box @ walmart cvs
Or walgreens to keep my meter from blowing up.i called the
City of Austin and they said it was a scam. The individual
Demanded that I speak only Spanish.
