I just got a call too.  I didn't answer, but no message was left.  I want to know how they got my number.  Maybe it was because I went on a cruise recently?

I get this call on my cell phone almost every day, at varying times. I'm sick it, personally. I've never mentioned anything about a cruise anywhere, and I'm very careful with my phone number, especially on the internet.

They are calling my number also; seems we all have the same thing happening. Only difference is; I've made no contact to anyone about a cruise.

They called my cell almost everyday!!!! Stupid business anyway. If you see this number, just avoid it!!!! Don't know what they want to do, but sure they are bad.

If they are calling a cell phone it is illegal, unless you gave them permission, even then you can tell them to stop... Then file a complaint... If they call a land line (home phone or work phone) make sure you have your number listed on the do not call list and if so the again go to the FCC website and file a complaint.

Come on people, if y'all would wake up and take action they just might not bother the next guy.

I'm getting the same thing. I've been lucky in that I don't think they have been calling me as much as others. Your cell phone company should be able to block the number from calling you. I'm not certain if the regular phone company can do it. I would for this website's link to your state attorney general.

I am also getting these calls more frequently. How come these numbers are allowed to call every one's cell phone wasting their procious time and minutes. Called back see anything important I missed some crazy sound like fax machine sound comming from other end.

Got the same call as everyone else from 202-534-3116.  Didn't answer, I hate telemarketers and think they should all be shot.  Anyway, I did a little research and turned up a website for ESTA.  Looks like an official US government website at first, and the Acronym stands for Electronic System for Travel Authorization.  This website is really slick.  This is what they claim to be: "ESTA is an online application system developed by the United States government to pre-screen travelers before they are allow to board an airplane or ship bound for the United States. Starting on January 12, 2009, any person entering the United States under the visa waiver program is required to hold an approved ESTA Travel Authorization."
It really is a slick site, and at the bottom in small print is "Legal Disclaimer: ESTA.US is a private information website not affiliated with the United States Government"

They are nothing more than information hoarders selling your information to mailing and phone lists.  Do not give these people any information.  In fact if everyone gave these people fraudulent information they would be out of business.  Next time they call give them Mickey Mouse's address and phone number. Just make up information.  When they sell bad information their clients will not use them and put them out of business.

202-534-3116 Is such an annoyance, that I'm actually seeking to file a class action in the multi-millions  to put an end to this scam along with others. I've already started a petition for the suit, which so far has 1,893 signatures and hoping to get 5,000 - 7,500 so that the suit would stand in court. If we don't do something about 1-202-534-3116 then who will?

Got call yesterday didn't answer. When I call back I get fax machine sounds. Tempted to fax them the bird.

Call was not answered as the fax machine was turned off.  Call came in to a business phone in GA.   Time of the call was 11:23 Oct 20.

I get calls from this number all the time.  They never leave a message.  My caller shows that the caller is "Esta Sol"

Just got a call from them...while at work. Couldn't answer and they didn't leave a message. When I called back, I got a fax machine.

I just received a call from this number and it sounded like someone was trying to send a fax.  My number is a cell number so how they got it I don't know

I forgot to mention that there is a new technology where these telemarketers can out in ANY Caller ID phone number. For example, they could be calling from California, but display a Massachusetts caller ID. So, you really have no idea from where the call originated.

I just received this call and went through the survey, not to get the ticket, but to see what the survey asked. I have never been on a cruise nor do I want to go on one, so I am not sure how they got my business number.

This is a telemarketer call with sound effects of a ship and as soon as I hear the ships horn, I hang up.  This is a business phone and I have no time nor patience to answer crank calls.  I do not have caller ID or voice mail, so all I can see is the phone number..
