I've been getting the same number calling, no vmail.  usually calls after 6pm on a weeknight.  probably a robocall.

Calls received several times a day for 2 weeks.

Washington Post telemarketers woke me up!

I received 3 calls from them in the last 24 hours... no one picks up when you call back.... it says they specialize in customer service surveys, direct sales, and collections....

Multiple hang-ups on my voicemail starting October 21st--sometimes 3x per day. This costs me money due to the type of pay-as-you-go cell plan I have. Recently, I canceled Sunday home delivery from the Washington Post due to poor service. If this is an attempt to get me back...it failed! Hang-up calls on VM seem to have stopped as of the end of October, hope so.

They have called repeatedly for 5 days - 3-5x per day. I actually answered a call and they said I had cancelled my Post subscription and wanted to vertify - then began asking personal questions. This is fishy and feels like a scam of some kind. I have had my Post subscription for 4+ years without interuption. If you actually get a live person on the phone, be very careful what you say.

Got 2 missed calls from this number at 11:34am and 2:29pm (28 Oct). They never leave a voicemail

I have been getting 3 - 4 calls a day for the last 3 days from this number.  It only says "Washington, D.C."  I don't answer.  I figure if you can't display a name I can't be bothered to answer.  They call early in morning and late in evenings.  They don't leave messages.

Does anyone know "Landmark @202 534-3118" I am getting 3-4 calls a days.

I get a call EVERYDAY and I already subscribe to the paper.  ANNOYING!!!  Going to block the #.

I finally answered this number out of curiosity. It's a sales call from the Washington Post.

I've gotten 3 calls from this number in the last 2 days. I just let it go to voicemail but they never leave one. So peculiar. I'm not even going to bother calling the number back nor answer their calls. If it's that important, leave a message.

Have missed four calls from this number: 10/12, 10/13, and two on 10/14. No voicemail.

Just got the call... I don't think it even rang through to voice mail before it/the person hung up.

I just got a call from (202) 534-3118 on my cell phone at 2:28 p.m. today (10/13/09) too.  I did not pick up and they did not leave a message.  As far as I know, this is the first time they've called me.

Just got a call too.  They call about 3x a day, and the number comes up as being "Landmark".  I don't bother to pick up because if I remember correctly it is one of two things:  a political pollster who called around election time last year (another election is upcoming), or a Georgetown University fundraiser.  Can't squeeze blood from a turnip!
