Multiple calls, disconnect when I answer, no voice message when I don't answer.  Just annoying.

Lisa from Business Connection Group asked if we were still planning on moving our business.  We aren't plannng to move, so I hung up on her.  Static in background.  Same number called us a year ago asking same thing.

Phone rang from 9 to 5. No one spoke.
Multiple times since 08/2013.

Just a hang up grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!!!!

Calls everyday at 9am, never leaves a message, just hangs up.

This person keeps calling...... then hanging up.

Someone from that number just called me and asked if my business was moving. She said she was from a company called "BCG". I asked her what that company was, and she said, "we're just a company."

Some woman from MoveMyBusiness.com called and asked "Are you still planning on moving your business?"  I didn't say anything and just hanged up, as this business is not moving any time soon.  This could be a form of phone cramming, where the caller tries to place an unauthorized charge on your phone bill.  They probably record everything you say and if you answer "No," to their question, they could edit the query so that you're answering something along the line like "Do you have any questions about the service you signed up for?"  Just another scam to watch out for.

I think it must be a pay phone that is not working (as in not transmitting voices) because I called it back and it doesn't receive calls...like a pay phone.

Could be a scam caller -

Hangs-up when you answer.  No background noise, no electronic sounds.

A call back to this number tells you it is not in service.

I let it go to VM and listened to someone who was driving, but no words.

Hung up after 1 ring. No idea who it is.
