I received a phone call from 1-407-000-5239 too and I asked them their name and they reponded, credit card assistance of america. I asked them how they got my number and they hung up.

Yeah whomever is calling using the illegal 000 exchange are nothing but crooks. I don't bother to answer calls with 000. Just keep documenting and reporting every new number that shows up. Don't give them the satisfaction of wasting your time by answering these type of calls.

These creeps keep calling using the following numbers:

407-000-9318
407-000-9437
407-000-3136
407-000-7943
305-000-9427
These calls are supposed to be banned per the Robo Call ban that took place on September 1.
I have filed a complaint against every number they use to call me with. Every day they will call with a different number.
