The caller was a lady left the same message. The matter was reported to IRS and Police. This is a Scam.

I got a message in my home phone number asking to contact the 202 580 8153. I got nervous and gave my last 4 digits of SSN and return number to call. I feel suspicious, but did not want to mess with IRS although I have no reason to worry. Today I called the number and it was for my wife, he said. I was not sure if this is a real one and check this post. I am glad I did this, and I know it is a scam.

The issue is very time sensitive. So before IRS take any legal action against your name. Call IRS as soon as possible."
