Got the same call from them's guys after I told him it were a scam ...He called me all types of dirty names.Sorry Guys not my money.TRY GETTING A JOB!

They tried to get me too. They told me it was LIHEAP of Michigan. Tot a l lie, I found out later. I almost fell for it until I called LIHEAP and they told me it wad a SCAM!!!!

i got the same type of call today and the # was  202738 1511  and they gave the # to call and get the info from 2027381393 the same address was given to me and same amount was asked to put in green money paer card to get from wal mart and walgreens  so i tried  to search the web and i got these comments and still it is a worry that after many years i saw last (comment was  from 2011) they are still doing the same scam how come they r not get caught .
the basic thing is that the # they call from or the # they give to call on the first try to call them give the messege that this # is not working when u call second time they confirm that they get the call from the # where they called then they attend and ask the same thing to do mentioned above its a big scam

I received call today May13 2014 about $9,000 grant the government is supposed to be giving away this is the number I was told to call 202-470-1647 and give this claim number GG1053 I think this a fraudulent call

I just got one too. His name was "Eric Simmons" (in a super thick Indian accent...riiiiiiight) and told me he was trying to give me free government grant money. I had a bit of fun with him and he got really mad. I told him never to call me again and he said "it's my job to call you everyday". Anyway. Yeah, total scam. There's no such thing as free money, and he couldn't actually give me any answers. That, and he was completely rude.  Mine did come from a blocked number, so unfortunately I don't know what the number was. He too said he was in Washington D.C. and gave me the 200 Independence Ave address.

They have been calling me for a month now and I will not fall for their s***.  The guy that keeps calling me has an accent and you cannot understand him and he gave me a phone number which I could not understand which is 202 _____-6702 and they are located at 200 Independence SW, Washington DC  20201.  Please be aware they hit one of my co-workers about three months ago and just drained her.  I am a legal assistant and know when something is a scam.  Their number keeps coming in as unknown.  When I questioned him about this he said that is the way most government agency numbers come in.  I told him he was full of s*** and quit calling my number.  Can I report this to anyone?

I guess I am the latest "victim"....Got a call today from "Tony"...sounded Indian, Asian, etc..and then spoke to"Alex", same accent...I'm chosen for a government grant for 10,000.....as soon as I put 150. On a Green Dot Pay Card and give them the card number, they will put ALL of it back on the card!....Who the hell are these people, and why are they getting away with this schtuff!!!?????Time to call Federal Trade Commission, FBI and the President!!!!.....

I received a call  from 2027384533  and  the  guy whom had  a strong  accent told me his name was kevin parker and his agent code was 2027384533 he said  I was approved for a 6800$ grant from the  U.S. Grant dept. 200 independence ave. Sw hhh building Washington dc 20201 he told me my name an old address and my bank name and routing # and said i could send $300 and receive my grant within 30 mins so i asked him for an email since he had my email address and he sent me a 2 pg doc about nothing. I hope we can work together to catch these frauds.

ok guys, so we are getting phone calls over and over from this number (1-202-470-6830) I answered the phone, after I was called about a dozen times, and they offered me $7000.00, but unlike everyone else, I wasn't required to give no money in return. But, there was sort of a ketch, the man said that I could go purchase a VISA GREEN DOT card from RITE AID (a pharmacy) and call him as soon I do.

Saying they where from a federal government grant agency program saying if I pay $3.87 I'd reveive 7000 - 10000 Dollars after 3 days following an officer call providing check number. Eric wright was his so called name! Even gave me aan address located 200 independence ave Washington DC 202021!

I received a call about an hour ago from a lady name Annie Walter her number is 202-559-7624 telling me that I have been selected for a grant total amount is seven thousand and five hundred dollars all i had to do is go put money on a green dot moneypak of 300 hundred like a dummy I did she give me a tracking number and ID number after that she said a lady was gone to call me well she did by the name of Dora Day her number is 202-697-9804 I talk with her and she told me that the government had it on hold because I need to pay $650 dollars so they can send it to me and that I would get the $300 back pluse my $650 I never sent the 650 they keep calling me I started doing research about it and saw that it was a scam my mind is going crazy right now because I lost 300 of my money. I call every number and they started saying bad words to me

I had a call well actually about 30 calls in the last month, so i decided to actually hear what they had to say today, lmao...$9200.00 from the gov for being a good citizen and staying out of trouble..funny they asked for a completely different person, really i dont sound like a man..didnt bother me much since i already did research and evidently i am not ignorant..so i let them finish their script n so called app process, until Maxell Keller says oh u neef to pay $310 for security deposit, u A holes..so i told him i know this is a scam and im not sending shyt in that order, he replied well since u think this is a scam im going to terminate your app..haha very funny cause, I NEVER FILLED ONE OUT TO BEGIN WITH..THEY WONT EAT OFF ME AND MY HARD WORK!
